Next day my SO and I purchased him a few sets and he was given a discount since he was asked about employment. Ordered a tall pant, was told it would take 10-15 business days. Never received my order. Called multiple times for update or possibly tracking, but was just told the same thing "we will call you when it has arrived" finally cancelled my order after day 16. Overall I believe this place has potential but needs a bit of an attitude adjustment, specially from the lady who initially checked me out. I also think it would help to provide tracking, or at least updates regarding orders placed through the store.

Due to incompetent and ever changing personnel, it took 4 months for them to finalize the design and place the order for materials. Told me it would be 6 more months to get the headstone installed at the grave site. Ended up taking 13 more months! I always had to call them for progress updates: "Not sure when your stone will come in", "That person no longer works here", "We can't obtain rubber stencils to do your job", "Our person in the shop had a family tragedy", "Covid, covid, covid" and then "I'm sorry, but there's nothing we can do." I remain appreciative of National Memorial Planning's staff's compassionate interaction and professional handling of these contracts (a rarity in today's world), and was very surprised at the speed of delivery - once, even during a severe statewide ice storm! The timeliness of delivery was exceptional, all products and services were as promised, and everything went smoothly each time. National Memorial Planning is a top-notch, professional company that eliminates the hassles which could otherwise make unusual times even more difficult. They take pride in taking care of their customers. Thank you for making each of my parents' outfitting one less thing for me to have to worry about. Kudos to you and your company for a job well-done!

I called on two different occasions to check on the status of our order and did not get a response. The third time I called I finally got someone on the phone who explained that there was a family situation that came up and so they had to postpone everything, that I could dismiss, cuz life happens...but a week later I called again to find out where the order was and we were told that they had to order more supplies to complete our order. All of those things I could have been sympathetic towards, if we were made aware of the situation. Instead of picking up the phone and letting me know the order would be delayed we were left wondering, calling and waiting. We were offered no discounts and no apologies for the delay. The products we ordered were not properly installed and we have now been waiting for a week for them to fix the improper installation. I called again to voice my concern and request a timeline for the repair of the installation and was only offered an explanation again that the installer was just too busy to come back "until next week". Again no apology for the delay. No apology for the poor service. I will never give this company another dime of my money and I suggest that if you want quality work done properly, consider another company such as All About Signs or The Sign Shop. ANYONE else but these guys. Horrible experience.
