Charlotte does not like my toddler pushing the laundry carts or walking around the facility for that matter. Charlotte has a rude attitude towards my wife and child and has no customer service whatsoever. Last time my wife asked her and the employees to put her clothes in the dryer for her, as that is a service they offer. Charlotte asked "You can't wait 25 minutes?" 1.) This is a SERVICE YOU OFFER 2.) Why would you ask that of a customer if the whole reason people use this facility is specifically for the purpose of dropping off their clothes and picking it up once it is done. 3.) You do not know our schedules, plans or reasons for using your services. So Charlotte decides to charge us $11 just for them to move our laundry from washer to dryer.No folding. Instead of the $3 she charged last time for the same service, and same amount of clothes. If you ask the employees how much their services cost they will tell you it depends on who you ask. As I ripped open the box I mentally pictured me wearing each article of clothing and swished and swayed in front of my mirror. After trying on each item, I quickly placed it to the side to try on the next! My excitement turned into panic when I put on my dress and tugged on the zipper that wouldn't budge past my lower back [WTH (heck)?!?!]. I grabbed my tape measurement and confirmed my measurements were still the same. At 125lbs I knew I couldn't stand to lose 10 more to get into the dress so I decided to visit a local seamstress to have the sides of the dress let out. As is custom when looking for "Recommendations", I sent out a request on Facebook and within seconds I was told to visit "Quality Embroidery". I called and spoke with Irma who said that I could bring the dresses in immediately. Once there, I tried on both dresses and learned that I only needed a little help zipping one of the dresses up -- problem solved! On the second dress we were not so lucky as the dress was too small in the bust area. After some thought, Irma asked if she could measure the dresses and "lo and behold" we quickly determined the dress was actually made smaller than my original request! She looked at me with a "know all things Seamstress" look and said, "I think you deserve a refund". She held her measuring tape over the dresses for comparison and I took photos and sent them to the seamstress in Nigeria right in front of her! Today, I received a response on Etsy from the seamstress who eventually conceded that the dress was smaller than intended and she is remaking the dress for free! I agreed to pay the shipping of the new dress because she simply asked that I gift the dress to a loved one that was able to wear it! I am so glad that I visited Quality Embroidery and highly recommend their services to all! Until the next alterations emergency!

There was still dirt on both pairs of boots, the cream-colored embroidery on the one pair was so brown, I won't be able to wear them again. They're ruined. When I pointed it out to him, he stated it couldn't be cleaned (oh, really?!!?). But is there a reason why it's browner??? I'm so very disappointed. The cayman inlay boots needed more attention to detail. You can still see dirt in the crevasses. And the sole stitching...NO attention was given to that. When I got home my machine didn't seem to be sewing quite right. After struggling with it a few weeks my mom took it back to her repair person for a second opinion and they were appalled.
