One minor concern, there are steps and interior space is tight, so the shop might not be considered handicap accessible. They have the largest selection of Pop Vinyl's I've seen in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The shop also has enough options at all price points to keep everyone happy and prices are clearly displayed. As soon as you enter, behind the counter are the most valuable Pop's in the shop. Against another wall towards the middle are the mid-range value ones. The rest of the shop is stacked from floor to ceiling with Pop's from every possible genre, with everything being clean and organized. New releases are kept in their own special section for easy access. Rest of the shop includes a room with mostly manga that has a nice selection. They have a wall full of action figures with a good selection and prices clearly marked. Shop has stuff everywhere, so don't be afraid to explore, or be surprised by what you find. Staff were friendly and helpful. This shop meets all expectations for anyone buying Pop Vinyl's and is a must stop.

I have questions about gifts for my nieces, and the employees at Busy Bee Toys take the time to ask questions about my nieces' interests and engage me rather than just trying to "sell" me. As someone paying attention to customer service matters that appeals to me. Third, the merchandise is engaging and often offers educational elements. The next day? The rule was suddenly back in full force for everyone else. So if you enjoy selective policies and a little favoritism with your purchase, this is the place. I was just in this store. The price tag on an item I purchased was $22.99, but I was charged…read more$29.99. I realized this AFTER I purchased this item. Something felt off with the total so I reviewed my receipt immediately upon exiting the store and I caught the error. I immediately went back in and showed the cashier my receipt and the price tag on the item and requested I be charged what was marked on the price tag. The cashier went and checked with someone in the back whom I assume was a manager of sorts. I was told that the prices were put on earlier today and that the "new" employee must have marked it wrong so they would not honor the price tag. I am so confused and shocked. I cannot believe a company would pass along their admitted error to the consumer? Not to mention, a violation of the weights and measurements regulations in PA, and throwing their new employee under the bus to boot? Terrible, short-sighted business practice. I am local to Bryn Mawr with 4 young children, and this was my go to for children's gifts for all occasions. I will never shop here again.

The moment we enter Lucky Ducks, we were welcome warmly, the ladies at the cashier were super friendly. My daughter couldn't decide what she wants so we were at each aisle over and over again lol. You know the best part? Bet every parent experience this. The ladies that worked there, didn't have any annoying look or smirks or anything like that. I would definitely go back there. P.s. No private parking, there are meter street parking. The in store playhouse is closed bc of the pandemic.

I used to come here all the time as a kid and now I love to shop locally. I found a couple books, although the selection was definitely slim. They seemed to have tons of toys for kids that were around the ages of 6-13. Three whole rooms that looked super fun with toys from floor to ceiling. As I shopped around one of the staff (I assume she was staff because she was behind the counter) was loudly scrolling through her TikTok. Her coworker ( the girl who checked me out so I know she was staff ) kept asking her to turn it down because there were customers in the store. They were yelling at each other majority of my visit. The two books I got were $16ish a piece which is acceptable.
