DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Horrible horrible costomer service. My parents Samsung refrigerador broke down & we called Twins Appliances to take a look. Turns out a piece is broken & they have to order a new one. So we made a huge mistake and trusted the owner of this business and paid them 600$ up front. For the mean time they gave us a fridge that lasted a week because it broke down and all the food we got went bad! Another 200$ worth of food down the drain. So they sent us another fridge in the meantime but it's much smaller and is taking extra space in our kitchen. Apparently their technician was sick for 2 weeks now and can't help us. We don't know what to do or who to talk to because they always say they're coming on a certain day and they don't end up coming. We keep trying to get a hold of the owner but he's just dodging our calls and texts. read more

I hate to leave only 2 stars because they actually were decent to me and my roommate and the service was fine except, and this is a BIG WARNING ... my fridge came with stow-aways in the form of cockroaches. I without a doubt did not have any issues with roaches before the fridge arrived and within a couple of days I noticed little roaches around the fridge at night and when i turn the lights on, they all run DIRECTLY to the fridge. Please be vigilant when buying used appliances ... I only did it cause i was essentially broke at the time and had no other option that was as cheap. i'll probably never do it again. read more

Buyer Beware! I bought a fridge and the ice maker did not work! Guy said it worked at the store and it did not. When they brought the fridge it did not worked but promised to come back. Jose saved us today!!! He was able to fix our refrigerator within the same day that we spoke to him. Called him around 10am today and he came after 2 hours to fix and saved our food from rotting. Very nice guy and very professional.. at the same time I had them repair my Dryer that was making some noises and they fixed it luckily it was something simple and they didn't change me . Do not buy from them. They do not honor their 90 day warranty. I should have read the other reviews that had the same issue. When I bought the frig, I asked them explicitly if the ice maker was working, they said yes. They delivered the appliance and told me at the delivery that the ice maker was not working and they ordered the part. 3 months later, I am not getting my phone calls returned and I have a broken ice maker. They knew the ice maker didn't work. They knew they were going to tell me at delivery and then ignore me. That's how they do business. If they call me back and fix my ice maker, I will leave a great review. read more

Bought a washer at a very good price. It took a few days too long to get it delivered. It worked for 5 weeks and quit with error codes in the display. It did take a while to get them out to see the problem. They finally did and left us hanging for another few days. They did bring us a different machine that now works. For now issues solved. We're happy that they took care of the warranty promise. They would have gotten the fifth star if they had been more timely with delivery, and repair visits. read more

My mom purchased a refrigerator for me for my birthday, (I have been living out of a mini-fridge for 5 months), I was SO excited! The driver was supposed to show between 1 & 3, and call before he arrived. 3:15 rolls around, I hadn't heard anything. I called the store, and the owner tells me the driver is 30-35 minutes away, and he will have him call me. About 3:45 I still heard nothing. I have my mom call the store, and the owner tells her the driver is in the area, should be there shortly. About 4:05 I get a call from the driver telling me he is "leaving Reseda now", and asking me how to get to my place (which is about 30mins away from Reseda). I was shocked, and so frustrated, but very calmly asked him, "what happened? You were supposed to be here btwn 1 & 3, and I haven't heard anything" To which he RUDELY replies, "I've been doing deliveries all day, do you still want it? I can take it back." I said, "excuse me?" I was pissed! We get off the phone on not the best terms, but he tells me he'll see me soon. So I'm waiting, waiting, waiting. (Mind you, it's my ONLY day off of work!) I try to call him, he doesn't answer. So I text him, "please call me when you are close so I can give you instructions on how to get in. It's a big complex" He texts me back, "call the store" Okaaaayyy...?? So I called the store and the owner tells me that the driver turned around and brought the fridge back because "I was mean to him" and I would have to make another appointment. Worst experience of my life DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I purchased refridgerator from this place from Jose and I've had it for three months. I called him yesterday and told him hey my fridge is making a very loud noise and linking water but it's still working but I need someone to come and repair it. Jose told me he could have someone come and repair it the very next morning and told me to send him my address and he would call in the morning to let me know the exact time the repair guy was coming. I call him the next morning and he told me that he was having the guy come and that he was going to call him now to see where he was at and call me back. He never called back so two hours later I call him back and he tells me the guy was working in woodland hills and then he is coming my way. So I wait another hour nothing back from Jose. I called him several Times no answer sending me to voicemail. So I take it upon myself to surprise him at his store location. I get there and I say hey I keep calling you and your guy hasn't came and repair my fridge yet so he tells me I'm waiting for him now and I promise he will come to you give him one hour and if he can't repair it he will give me another fridge. He had me pick it out and everything so I say okay cool. I leave I go eat and then I come back home still no word from Jose. I'm trying to be as patient as possible so I take a nap and I wake up out of sleep thinking that I've been waiting forever still nothing from him I start calling him back to back and I sent him a text no response and no call back. So I get in my car once again because the hours online say they close at 7pm it's only 5 o'clock I pull up and the business is closed, doors locked and lights off. So I instantly get very upset and I look inside and I see him in the very back on the phone calling me all of a suddenly smh hasn't returned my call once in these past two days smh but now he sees I'm there and is now calling me. I get in my car and I drive around back through the alley way I see a truck pulling out and it's suppose to be the repair man. I walk up to his truck and ask him where he is going and if he is coming to my house he tells me yeah and laughs because he can see I'm upset. Jose is on the phone pointing at him I tell Jose I'm not going to play these games with you. All of my food is now spoiled and he hasn't been returning my calls all day and that I don't have time to play. I told him you said you were sending a repair man hours ago and you also said if he can't repair it you would replace it with another fridge. He says to me just go home he's going to go there now right now. I told him if my fridge is not fix we are going to have a serious problem. I am sitting here right now watching this so called repair guy attempt to fix the fridge. So this review is to be continued in the mean time I'm going to do as other reviewers and contact state regulator and file a BBB review on him and if I have to get authorities involved. The problem is that I need a natural gas to propane conversion kit, so I called Samsung only to find out that no one in the US makes parts for this stove, because it is not a Samsung US model. I purchased a Waher & Dryer and also a Refrigerator all at the same time from Twins Appliances in March. One day later I found out that the Refrigerator has a bad ice motor (Sounds like its going to blow up) and freezer door handle is falling off, they came to inspect the problem and told me they will fix it when they are able to get replacement parts. Thats unacceptable, order the parts and fix it not when you by chance get replacement parts. If in fact they fix this issue, I will then delete this review. But for now do not buy from them unless they honor their warranty and stand by their products. So happy with my new dryer and because these guys moved into my neighborhood! Our old dryer just broke, right after we had just finished our Christmas shopping and precisely when buying a brand new dryer was completely out of our budget. Our old dryer, well, after 12 years I guess it was time to go but breaking right one week before Christmas, while having most of my laundry dirty and with lots of rain, I did not have many choices than to look for a new dryer or in new like condition... We were driving around Saticoy and decided to give Twins Appliances a try. The owner was really nice, we told him about our tight budget and he told us not to worry about it. I chose my dryer (It was not new, but in new like condition) and it was 250, (This dryer retails for around 800 brand new, I checked online afterwards) he gave us a $50 discount, did not charge us for delivery (We live right around the corner, but still, we are grateful), he removed our old dryer and installed the new one!!! Total Life Saver!! I realized this guy had a very negative review when I came to check his business the day we bought the dryer, so I waited a few days to review his business just in case something happened, but nothing has, our dryer works perfectly and we are just really, really happy! :) read more

I called both numbers on the business card for repair service. When calling the first number, a woman answered who didn't speak English. I hung up and called the second number and scheduled a repair appointment for the next day. The next day comes and I call to confirm. No answer. I keep calling and eventually someone picks up and asked me if we can move the appt. time to a later time. I agree and re-arrange my schedule. I then take time off work early to make the appointment time and ..... NO ONE SHOWS up.
