All the tough stains and pet hair were removed - my car felt brand new again. Not only was the online-booking process easy breezy, the vehicle pick up and drop off was too. Detailer never showed up. After several attempts to reach the owner again he finally got back to us and rescheduled. Guess what? No show again. After final attempts to reach him he got back and offered a refund. Guess what? No refund has been provided after 2 months of no calls/texts back. Poor communication, does not deliver what is promised, and feel like I have been ripped off. Super disappointing because I purposely looked for a local business I could support and then this happens. Small claims court, here we come.
