There are outpatient services and a brand new building that just opened for residential treatment. The staff are mostly professional and all knowledgeable. They offer medication and vital monitoring, therapeutic groups and recreation as well as occupational therapy and child life services. Social workers and RN's. The facility has a game room an arts and craft space and a gym as well as destimulation rooms for patients who are struggling. It's a beautiful facility tucked into the College Hill neighborhood.

Our visit was something out of a horror movie( not exaggerating). I have been to many Children's locations for different reasons for many many years. I have always had good experiences. After dealing with this Children's and the staff, I can honestly say that I have never experienced anything so horrific. The staff were uneducated and unaware. A place that was supposed to help my child only caused his condition to worsen. The support was non existent. Even after expressing my sons needs and my concerns they were completely ignored. I honestly believe that my son was neglected. As a mother, you want to help and protect your child. I never thought that taking my son to this place would do just the opposite. I will never visit this campus again and I will never ever recommend them to anyone. In my opinion, the area and staff that we were in and working with should be shut down and investigated until something drastically changes. I can honestly say that there was NOTHING that was positive. IT WAS LITERALLY A NIGHTMARE.
