For what it is, it's a place with great deals for most things and I don't expect concierge service wherever I go to shop because that's uncouth & low rent IMO. People are tired and stressed and I can relate, so if there's some iffy service depending on who's manning the register....whatever (the little old lady who loves to collect fabrics is a delight). Clothes are so packed tight on racks that when you take one garment off to look at it, a couple more garments come off with it.. Also says sorted by size especially pants but while looking through size 10s, also found sizes 2,4and 6 amongst them. Forgot looking for towels or sheets, there just thrown on shelf. Some were neatly folded but rest of stuff just thrown on. Doesn't seem like they take pride in working there. Also, PLEASE Check your receipts BEFORE leaving store, as I got home and looked at mine and was charged an extra $2.00. I also went one time and got charged for 15 items when I only purchased 12, and I called the store up immediately and explained what happened and that I had the tags to prove it and they told me they would give me a credit next time I shopped there, and I brought the tags with me and they never gave me the credit.

Since that time, I have learned that they collect second hand costumes year round and some businesses will also donate brand new costumes at season end. They also have a free haunted house called Spookville operating weekends in October. Friday and Saturday night they have your traditional haunt, but on Sundays during the day, it is sensory friendly for kids and scaredy cat adults who at least would like to see what is inside a hunted house without creepy scary jumping out characters. Great people, excellent nonprofit and Fantastic service for families trying to give kids a good time when money is stretched thin!!!

The Secretary will harass you. There is a late fee on everything. There was a restaurant across from my building and there was always people parking in my assigned parking. There is a small laundry room and I have had tenants take my cloths out of a washer and a dryer in the middle of the cycle to start their own laundry. In the winter they have several buildings and one plow truck for snow removal. So there is a good chance you will be stuck until mid afternoon before they plow. Renting here was a nightmare. The landlords have absolutely no compassion or empathy for people. It's all about money with them. I had a neighbor who was really noisy. I called the police on him 8 times. My landlord called the police on his m 2 times and I called my landlord about him over 45 times within 1 years. The landlord did nothing about it .
