They are also very picky about what you can use store credit for on the few items that are covered under their guarantees. I have a really hard time finding what I need due to the compact layout and lack of much signage. Employees are usually friendly and helpful but it can be hard to find one who is available. Even though it's a much longer drive, I usually go to Bachmann's instead to spend less and enjoy an easier experience plus worry-free guarantees.

The plants were placed in a manner that was fun to browse and find, and the pricing was fair. What made me really see this place stand out was the service I received from start to finish. I was warmly greeted, the door was opened for me and I was asked right away if there was anything I needed help with. In addition, they included that any question is welcomed and not to be afraid to ask. Inside has many different things from bird feeders to nick knacks to pots and candles and many different types of plants. It's well set up and I witnessed staff answering customers questions and offering their assistance. Cost wise I would say everything is fairly priced and some of the plants are so unique that it's a given you need to pay for something like that. Staff I engaged with were nice. Parking is street parking but there's plenty so not stressful. When it's time for me to look for a plant, I'll have to come back.

It was incredibly disappointing that mother Co did not plan ahead to keep the main event space reasonable, even after day-of, asking them what else they can do to fix it. Additionally, their courtyard space is only accessible by a staircase that has less than 1/2 foot of clearance around a giant door, making it dangerous to access the 3rd part of the venue. I was given discounted plants (see photo), a refund of fans purchased and doordashed (see photo) day of by my sister. We paid over $4000+ in venue cost alone... I say this very seriously - thank goodness that nobody had heat stroke that day. Thank goodness nobody fell. But also, come on, get it together.

Although it was quite a drive away, I was extremely pleased with my visit here. There was a huge assortment of orchids, ranging from very small to huge, from bright, beautiful colors to more mild, gentle tones. They have many, many different breeds of orchids and clearly know how to grow and take care of them very well. I was looking for an orchid that was relatively easy to grow that wouldn't require too much attention. The worker showed me several different types of orchids that fit my preferences and also gave me very great detail and information on how to take care of them well. He was very passionate about what he did and I was glad to be able to support a store like this. The only thing that was a bit frustrating was that many of the plants did not have price tags so I had to consistently go up and ask him. You must also watch out for plants that have a red stick on them because those are not for sale and are just being kept in the greenhouse to breed. However, my trip here overall was a great experience and the whole staff was very friendly. I will definitely look forward to coming back here again if I ever want to purchase more orchids. On a side note, they also have an alpaca farm right outside their greenhouse and it was really cute to see!

They arrived quickly, the prices were very good, and the plantings have thrived. Very knowledgeable owners and they will readily share helpful advice, if needed.
