I did notice one small issue a few days after service and the owner came back out to resolve it as soon as I contacted him. Truth be told, owner of WOH states he was never contacted by the management company. NOT SURPRISED BY THAT! I saw the owner posted a note on my original Yelp review yesterday. We have now spoken by phone and he has committed to make things right. Thank you Eric for the follow up . Messages do sometimes get missed. I find it really unprofessional to not fix ones mistakes and leave a customer waiting this long. I won't be recommending them for this reason.

A few days later we received a second invoice(different invoice number) for the same exact dollar amount for the same service on the same days. 3 weeks later it is still unresolved after 5 phone conversations with their customer service and 3 emails sent to them with a copy of their email showing that we already paid for the service in full, plus tip, on the day of the service. They seem to have no way of getting rid or zeroing out the duplicate invoice. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and maybe that will help.
