He had a plan, ordered labs and made me feel like he was confident in the direction we need to go. That was comforting since I have no idea. I didn't even know I was missing the problems right in front of me. He was so kind to my daughter, kept things light and left her feeling at ease. I feel so good about the plan going forward.
