He didn't take my symptoms seriously but kept putting me off for months, neglecting me as my numbness got worse, until he finally sent me to a neurologist. To make a long story short, I had a tumor the size of a walnut in my neck that had smashed my spinal cord until it was nearly severed and was swollen and black. The orthopedic surgeon said I may never walk again. However, after the surgery, I can walk but need assistance. I have lost the fine motor skills in my hands. Worst of all, I cannot drive because I do not have feeling in my legs. Dr. Hinkle diagnosed me with Afib in February 2016. He did not give me patient education about the dangers of Afib or prescribe medication or counseling and so nothing was done. I switched doctors but the Afib was not caught until I had a stroke in June 2024. If Dr. Hinkle had put me on the meds I needed or given me any information about my options or even recommend that I go to a cardiologist to get my heart checked, I may not have had the stroke. Like I say, if you value your health, do NOT go to Dr. Jack Hinkle. He can ruin your life by his neglect and inattention.

I was tested for allergies and had the results in 20 minutes. Not knowing much about allergies and asthma, Dr. Pinna was very informative about my treatment plan and the prescriptions that I would need. Sadly, I took a walk up in the local hills (which Dr. Pinna strongly advised against) and I suffered a severe asthma attack. I had to go to emergency. When Dr. Pinna heard of this, he immediately added other medicines to my current treatment plan. I must say, after the additions made to my treatment plan, I was feeling so much better that very night! The office runs so smoothly and efficiently. It was music to my ears when Dr. Pinna told me "We are going to give you your life back". That was so refreshing to hear, because I have not been feeling well all year long prior to seeing Dr. Pinna. When I was in the emergency room that one day, all of the hospital employees knew of Dr. Pinna, and they assured me of the excellent quality care I would receive with Dr. Pinna.
