Both my husband and myself have left the practice. Don't expect to see a doctor. My husband had complex issues that were not addressed. My high blood pressure medication since leaving has been reduced by more than 1/2. In short this practice glossed over serious medical conditions. read more

If you experience strange symptoms resembling thyroid issues and/or diabetes for 3 years and your doctors continually tell you there's nothing wrong with you, even though your body feels like it was hit by a truck, and you're gaining weight like crazy because your brain is telling you you HAVE to eat every 2 hours, and you can barely stand due to exhaustion, PUNCH your doctor in the throat, and/or groin area, and tell him that you don't care what the blood work says, there IS something wrong with you and you CAN fix it. Its probably Hashimoto's disease. And you treat it by not eating the foods you didn't know you were allergic to. Typically, gluten, diary, and soy. SUCK IT DOC! read more

i got new insurance and was looking for a new family physician. Made an appointment to see Dr. Baza. Waited two weeks for the appointmen. Got there did about 20 minutes worth of paperwork. I was then taken to a room and left there for an hour. This Dr. Has NO respect for your time at all. I personally don't want to pay for being ignored. read more

I'm very disappointed in Dixie Primary Care. I called today to make an appointment and was told the soonest appointment was over three weeks out, which I expected. I told her that was fine and I'd take it. I was then told that they can't make the appointment for me because i haven't been seen since 2020 and I would have to reestablish myself as a new patient AND they aren't taking any new patients. I feel like I've just been discriminated against for being healthy. read more

We went to Dixie Primary Care after having a very poor experience with our previous primary care physician in St George. From the minute you walk in, the experience was a positive one. Very nice facilities, greeted by polite and professional front desk staff. We were taken back timely and the Nurse Practitioner Adam was fantastic. He was very thorough, wasn't at all rushed, took his time to get to know us, understand our concerns and was clearly operating with the goal of establishing a long term provider / patient relationship. We felt VERY comfortable and have an excellent experience. I highly recommend Dixie Primary Care for your medical needs for you and your family, I can't imagine you would be disappointed. PS. After moving from Salt Lake to the St George area last July, I found I was in need of seeing a doctor in January. After many calls to various doctors in the St George area I was able to find Carl Caplin (FNP) and he was taking new patients on Medicare. I have seen him 4 times for an issue that he helped resolve. Carl is very helpful in recommending alternative treatments to steroid injections and medications that can continue to cause problems if I were to still take them. Very personable person. It was hard giving up on my family doctor in Salt Lake after 7 years, but I needed to find someone locally I felt comfortable in continuing my medical care. I highly recommend Carl. read more

A friend of mine recommended this place to me knowing I'm new in town. I'm glad I made an appointment here! The office is very clean, welcoming, efficient check-in/rooming & doctor always on schedule. The medical assistant was also very personable, which helps because I hate having to go to the doctor when I'm not feeling well. I was happily surprised to experience Dr. Bozass excellent bedside manner, as well as his extensive knowledge with internal medicine. No personal time with the PA, Stacey....everyone is running around and it was so overwhelming....forgot to ask a question or two. You better be ready with your questions and reports, cause if you aren't ready...the Dr. isn't going to ask you any personal questions. Her MA was very kind and friendly, but maybe she should be asking some med background questions to get a a head start! read more
