I can come out of state to meet Dr.Gibson referred to me by my friend. I would absolutely recommend, he's amazing. So knowledgeable so kind and so caring. He played with my very little kids and talked to them about any concerns. I've never felt this comfortable with a Dr. I definitely will be coming back to see him. He told us so much information. My husband really enjoyed his conversation with him too. Him and his staff were so welcoming and nice! He took his time and really listened to us. I can't say enough good things about him. Dr. Gibson has helped me tremendously where others said they could not help me, he was confident he could, & he has...he is a bit of a miracle worker! He's been a great chiropractor, and has helped my husband's back and overall health improve. But the reason for the 3 stars is the unprofessional office staff. My husband owns a rock chip repair company and offered services to the main receptionist, who told him to call back Monday to make sure she had the car. Monday came around, and they did not pick up the phone, and they always answered/called us back before. My husband called the next day to set up a back appointment, and the phone was picked up then hung up. We went in a few days later to buy some supplements, and without even saying hello she jumped down my throat saying she can't have us do the repair on her car, when we were not there for that. She made us feel uncomfortable, and lost the doctor a patient because of a person matter. If this situation happened with one of my husbands employees, they would be fired for losing customers. read more
