Then they hook you up to the machine and run it for ~20 minutes. Then they measure all those areas again - in the dark! Then they add up all the columns and claim that the total after is 2" less than the total before . I had to remind her twice that my arms weren't even in the machine but I wish I wouldn't have because I'm sure they would have measured "smaller" after.
