Anthony has been an amazing insurance agent to work with. He helped make my insurance policy more affordable while also making the entire process much easier and less stressful. His customer service is excellent, and he's always been great at communicating, answering my questions, and making sure I understand everything. I really appreciate how helpful, responsive, and professional he has been. I highly recommend Anthony to anyone looking for an insurance agent who genuinely takes care of his clients! read more

I was referred to Anthony when seeking new combo insurance for my cars and my home, after many years with another company. I've had nothing but wonderful service, and he is responsive within hours if not minutes of anytime I need to contact him. He worked hard to find a company that would work the best for our needs and we are very happy with that choice! read more

I have had Anthony as my insurance agent for at least 11 years now. I have never met him or been in his office. They call, I pay. I don't think I have ever once called them to pay my bill & I know I have never sent a payment in via snail mail. Anthony and Maria have never let my insurance get cancelled. It's easy for me to forget when I'm on a 3 payment cycle. I should do them a favor and set up an auto payment but that would mean I would miss out on taking the call from his Secretary... Maria. Someone I also have never met. But I feel like I know them personally. I don't have a face to put on to the voices that the years have made me so very familiar with. I appreciate this office so much for never once letting my payment be late or my insurance get cancelled. Thank you Anthony and Maria for all the years you two have looked out for me. read more

I spoke with Anthony about home & auto insurance. He was very easy to deal with & answered all my questions. I got a very good rate. I'll be recommending him to my family & friends. read more

Finding Anthony was one of my biggest blessings this year. For the past 4 years, I was stuck with an agent that was extremely unresponsive and unprofessional to the point where it gave me anxiety dealing with our insurance policies. From our very first initial conversation, I felt heard and well taken care of by Anthony. I felt like I could finally breathe and be secure in our policies not changing or fluctuating every month. Every single call of mine gets answered with amazing customer service. Whenever I have a question, he gets back to me with a confident answer. And even when I need to bug him a few times a month to add or subtract to my policy, he is more than happy to give me his time, stay on the phone and figure things out with the billing department. Having him as my agent has been a dream and I cannot express how satisfied I am with his service. I work in real estate and I have been more than happy to tell my clients about him. read more

In hopes I could replace my irresponsible and unresponsive insurance I still have, I contacted TWFG Insurance Services and his agent, Anthony Sanchez. Just like many people who wrote negative reviews about Anthony Sanchez and his TWFG insurance Services, I've had a very similar bad experience. When I contacted his office for information about bundling my car and home insurance with Mercury. I called on September 2, 2026, and spoke with his secretary and after taking all my information I was told Anthony Sanchez would call me back on that same day. I did not get any call back on that day or the next. I called back on September 4, and after talking to the secretary, I talked to Anthony. He told me he would get back to me shortly after getting my information. Today, September 11, I called back this morning and the secretary told me he would call me back in a little while; right now, at 7:00pm, he still has not contacted me!! If by any chance, he calls me back, I do not want to do business with him!! I do not want to have an unreliable agent who doesn't care about potential customers!!!!!!! Be aware of Anthony Sanchez and his TWFG Insurance Services in Castro Valley!!! read more

Ive been looking for a decent homeowners insurance agent and everywhere has been a pain. When i called TWFG and spoke with Anthony he helped me with a quote. He was so kind and really helpful. I got what I needed for a great price. If you are looking for a great insurance agent I recommend Anthony. He even let me know if i ever needed anything after hours he was available. You dont get that help at most places. I highly recommend!! read more

I was with them for over 10 years. I had a great agent who always contacted me if there were any issues concerning my policy, and would have given her 5 stars. My agent left and they assigned me to the office, and promised continued great service. I was on auto pay and my credit card changed, so I had a payment issue. No one called or notified me from the brokerage and informed me. They just let my policy cancel,, and never even informed me of that. I only found out through mu mortgage company months later. TWFG provided no service whatsoever. They only collect a commission and do nothing to earn it, and didn't care they lost a 10 year customer and commission. read more

Anthony Sanchez from TWFG Insurance Services Inc was fantastic during the first year, and I really should have given him a 5-star review at the time. I echo what other positive reviewers have shared regarding Anthony helping transition from my former insurance to TWFG. However, the past two months have been horrific. My renewal (both car and home) are up in August, and Anthony has been absolutely terrible at responding to my phone calls and emails (he basically hasn't responded at all). I have reached out to him at least 5x via phone and 3x via email over the past 1-2 months, and while he does pick up the phone, he makes empty promises every time and fails to follow up (e.g., I'll call you back later today; I'll call you back tomorrow; I'll make sure I get all the information you need and will respond to your email in the next two days). He hasn't called me back nor has he responded to any of my emails during this time. It feels like I'm chasing him to give him my business, and after two months of this, I'm out. I had a lot of faith in Anthony initially, and wanted to continue to trust him with my business. Unfortunately, what's happened over the past two months is unacceptable. read more

I was referred to Anthony Sanchez with Mercury Insurance after having some problems with my previous carrier/agency. Due to my crazy work schedule, he arranged to meet after hours, 8 pm on a Friday night, and offered affordable insurance policy with an affordable deductable. He also worked to cancel the policy with my previous carrier/agency, even when they were making the process as difficult as they can. If you are on a budget and are looking for a friendly broker/agent, trying giving Mercury/TWFG a shot. --BTW, despite your efforts, Anthony, the previous agency gave very little in terms of a refund check. Thanks though!-- read more

I used to belong to Mercury but I switched for a lower priced auto insurance company. I never had any problems with Mercury just went elsewhere for a cheaper rate. Reps are really nice read more

Just don't. Save your money and your time. I provided everything they asked and they still canceled my policy.

I called in looking to get a quote for my Construction Company. I spoke to Lauren and explained to her what I was looking for. She was very helpful and explained everything in depth. I appreciated the sense of urgency she had while working with me. I had been shopping around and nothing could beat the rate and outstanding customer service they provided. She even gave me her cell number in case of any emergencies how awesome is that! It gives me that piece of mind that in case of an emergency I have someone knowledgeable to help. Thank you Lauren for all your help! read more

I had a minor car accident last week and while it was third party, I called both Maria and Anthony and they were both Tremendously helpful. I hadn't been in an accident for about 30 years and they were very patient with me answering all my questions even though the other insurance agency was paying for everything. Very impressed read more

The bullshit company sends a random mail with a totally different email title and contents. And in that mail with just an attachment, it asks you to send your documents. Which if you wont provide may lead to increase in premium. I didn't saw the attachment and my increases by 130+... Fucking cheaters and loosers. They are thieves! read more

I've been a Mercury insurance customer for years. I just moved up to Nor Cal from San Diego, so I was looking to renew my policy with a new agent. I was referred to Anthony by Mercury insurance and hands down he is the best agent I've ever had since I started driving. He actually recommended to get renters insurance as well to get a better discount. So I did, and I actually not only walked out with a lower monthly payment than what I already had but with a renters insurance policy as well, technically for free. Thanks a lot Anthony we look forward to having you as our agent for the years to come. If you are looking for the better value for your money and an agent that is on your side this is the place to come. read more

Buyer beware, Mercury insurance charges customers 10% of the premium if and when one cancels their insurance. They told me it was California law then later admitted after asking to see the law that it is their policy. No way to get them to waive this fee. Will never buy Merucry insurance again. They do not care about clients only about taking their money. As my agent told me, Mercury figures you are not coming back so they take the last hundreds of dollars from you that they can before you leave. What a terrible way to do business. read more

So I was trying to get proof of insurance so I can buy a car. JERRY, was so rude and impatient to make some money off me. I know I have a week to add a car onto my insurance, but he kept pushing me to add the car through him. Will not recommend to anybody. Please get your shit together, customer service. Fuck Mercury. read more

I've had ok experience with this company until I filed a claim. My agent Kayla Kruiz was too busy to answer most of my calls. At the beginning, she was still taking my call and trying to help out. However, after like a week or so when I struggled and got stressed out with the claim, she never took my call. Nothing worked. I called the operations and let them relay the message and everything. But she just wouldn't answer. I don't know what to do with my claim now and my car cannot be fixed after I filed the claim for almost TWO MONTHS! read more
