He took my $1500 deposit and sourced a unit from D&L Transmission in Cape Girardeau, which he wrote 2 bad checks for. D&L was never reimbursed. (He admitted this in court.) He installed the transmission wrong and gave me the runaround for months as to why I couldn't get it warrantied. When he grew tired of the situation, he just gave me the truck back in the same condition as when I brought it in. I was out $1500 and back at square one. In court he lied about almost every aspect of the case, and even when confronted with proof of his deception, acted like I was the problem. Let me.tell.you it was an absolute pleasure and wonderful experience at Watermark Nissan. We talled.to Mr. Eric Coale today and ill just tell you he is an outstanding man. A fine christian man, and to us that means a lot. Basically from the word go he was very good and paid close attention toy moms needs. She couldn't have hand picked a better sales consultant. Period. So at first payment weren't agreeing and we thought we were going to have to leave for her to number crunch more back at home. Then Mr. Jay Wright came in, sat down and talked to mom about numbers further in detail as to where she wanted to be. He not only made it happen explaining it all.in detail, but they not only gave her an even better deal on the vehicle off of msrp, they gave her more for her Toyota. Also got her a better APR AS WELL. They truly were wonderful to deal with, and they really really wanted moms car. Mr Stark was also an amazing person as well from the word go, introduced himself, assessed her vehicle and he got right. I would highly and Exponentially recommend this dealership. God definitely made it all possible and worked it out wonderfully. Thank you all so very much for making it an outstanding buying experience. We will never forget you.
