Literally no social distancing while waiting. No markers on the floor or concrete outside. Other places at least had duct tape. I will say the lady at the check in was very kind and helpful but I was so uncomfortable and had major anxiety waiting to get my order. Y'all really need to get it together and stop treating your regulars like we aren't the ones to keep this tacky place in business. Pick up the quality of your products stop taking our points and get your id issues fixed to where all of y'all are on the same page as the bs paperwork you have on the counter. Absolutely appalled by the way Emily "the active manager on duty" treated me. I am a medical patient with a serious condition. I had an issue with the computer processing my order and she says sorry I'm on break and need to use the bathroom. Once in the bathroom she opened the door twice to tell me something. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't be able to do that if you actually had to go. Emily was hiding from her responsibilities and whoever the owner of this dispensary is should look back and see the money he is wasting employing such a lazy worker. Emily's solution was come back Monday. Not tomorrow or the day after, but Monday when she new she could hand the work off to someone else. read more

The herb is alright but it is is rushed through every phase, owner is more interested in selling weight, has very little to no interest in people that buy anything but 2 Lbs. They do not cure their bud, they use insane amounts of chemicals and to top it off all the pre-rolls are low lying leafs and other discarded plant material. They routinely mess up all there hash/oil/wax..... they do not use nug run whatsoever, they combine all there kinds because they think it will sell regardless.... it usually helps to know if the wax you are smoking is strain specific and whether its Sativa/Indica .... instead of just a blend of all of the above. No clue how they can be considered a medical shop.. laughable ! PS : All their weed smells like hay! read more

What happens when people with money and no clue how to grow plants own a dispensary? This! The foul taste of their product is partially due to their lack of a cure, but it mostly because they never flush their plants before harvest. I am sure they would flush their plants if they ever harvested when mature, but sadly the majority is premature. Your best bet is to take the loss on wet product and cure it yourself. The majority of the business is shady bulk deals and the patients coming in for personal have a poor selection of anything medical. You want cheap bulk stoney herb that hurts your lungs; this is your place. You want something clean and tasty with patient focused products.... go somewhere else. Add that to the general lack of professionalism, staff intoxication and this might as well be the walmart of dispensaries. read more
