I come in from tap and burger as one of the few med patients. Sydney is extremely helpful and kind every time I come in! Love this location as well and the close time though as industry as well I understand it can be rough read more

If I could give this place a zero stars, I would. Let me start off by saying the lady in the front has the most disgusting attitude I have ever seen, I felt uncomfortable the entire time I was there, the guy that was helping me buy the products was extremely judgmental and lied to me about some of the rosin I bought, I am extremely disappointed and do not recommend this place at all to nobody. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. You have zero manners and customer service skills. You are disgusting! read more

Incredibly rude guy checking IDs. I knew what I wanted and my husband was with me. I only had my drivers license in my Apple wallet. but he informed me that was not sufficien. We were about to sit in the waiting room so I can tell him what I wanted. Dude told us we had to decide what we wanted outside where it was hot!!! He said that twice and was so rude that we decided not to give them our business!!! Dude must be the rudest guy in Denver! read more

The gas face. Whenever I'm back in Denver, I turn into a full blown tourist. After checking into my hotel I make a beeline to the nearest dispensary. During this visit, Native Roots happened to be the nearest oasis. When I lived in LoHi, this was my local spot but I always made the drive to Green Dragon. I missed out. Native Roots has some bomb pre-rolls. I was impressed. I was on my ass for nearly my entire trip from the joints I picked up here. You changed my ways Native Roots. I am your son... read more

I was in town for a bachelorette party a few weeks ago and I needed to make a pit stop at a dispensary. I found this one on Yelp that was a short walk away from our Airbnb and the experience was great. I have a medical card in my home state and generally traveling is really hard on my body. Being that we were going to Denver where it's legal, I knew I would be able to get what I needed here, which was a big relief (in more ways than one). As you can imagine, the experience here was very different from what I'm used to. Picture security guards with guns standing by the door letting one person in at a time... not the most welcoming. But here - totally opposite. We were greeted warmly, had a short wait in the waiting room and then directed towards the back to make our purchases. At home, everyone has to preorder online and there's no conversation with the staff to help you decide on a product. Here, the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on their inventory. It was a breath of fresh air to say the least. I left with exactly what I needed to stay comfortable on my trip. I can highly recommend Native Roots. read more

Logan was the most informative bud tender! He really took time to explain the different options! Highly recommend!

Josh was so insightful & helpful with our order today! Super friendly and lovely environment.

I can't remember the name of my budtender (they were wearing pink eye shadow tonight) but they srsly make the vibe of this location!! I know when I see them, there will be great recs & stellar service! Love their energy, & Native Roots- give them a raise!!! read more

Called three times before making the trip to native roots but unfortunately, when I got there, the product was not able to be scanned into the system. Sedona help navigate this situation and made my night entirely better ! My hats off to you for taking the time to show me everything I asked about and for lending a listening ear. Thank you so much for your kindness and patience well I am going through such a hard surgery recovery & to her manager Alex for the quick response about the need in his store. Very helpful and friendly. Pre-rolls are only six dollars and half ounces are $50, ounces are $90. Remember that they don't accept credit but they do have an ATM on site which is nice. read more

Native Roots Marijuana Dispensary Highlands MED/REC - 11:40 pm & Open! - Cannabis Clinics Near Me - Denver, Colorado

This dispensary was great. Coming from NYC, our dispensaries are wayyyy more overpriced. The employee was super helpful and great at explaining all the different strains and edibles available. I checked out the website before hand and everything I asked for matched the online inventory. I got 2 lollipops, 2 packs of gummies, a chocolate bar and a preroll for 68 after taxes. This would cost me like 180 in the new nyc dispensaries so I'm one happy camper lol. Check them out!! read more

Michael was Uh-mazing. Friendly, great service, knows his product, made the experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Thanks, Michael!! read more

weed man Joe took excellent care of me and was very patient with any questions I had. 10/10 customer service as usual. thanks native roots!

Great selection and Ashley was super helpful! Wish I lived in Colorado so I could regularly go here!

Ngl this location used to be amazing 3 years ago. But the quality of their flower has gone downhill (so dry & sad,) & management is so awkward & rude- they completely lack in customer service skills/friendliness. Most of the bud-tenders are pretty amazing, that's why I'll still go in. But you can tell the corporate-ness is soul crushing. There are def other places that are WAY better (like Simply Pure & Good Chemistry) that I would rather give my money to than this place. read more

Amazing crew!! Shelby was so helpful and welcoming, they have great options and easy to hop in to find a quick treat!

I don't smoke weed and am not educated at all, but while on vacation in Colorado I thought it would be fun to check out as this is clearly the future. The woman who helped us was very knowledgable and patient. She provided me with a lot of information about what they sold and spent time talking to us about everything. It was definitely eye-opening to see everything from cookies, to flour, to beer. Since I don't smoke I'm not familiar with pricing but was told by my companion that the products were quite inexpensive. read more

I live in Denver and heard people say Native Roots was good but when I had a late lunch at a restaurant on 32nd today and took a friend into the Native Roots a few doors down, we were waited on by the snarkiest, rudest budtender ever. I had a few questions and he seemed annoyed he had to tolerate our presence, let alone sell us cannabis. Colorado has plenty of places to buy cannabis- and that guy clearly doesn't need or want the business, so I'll pass on Native Roots and go to literally any other dispensary. I don't need to get treated like I'm ruining some guys day for asking questions- after being rude and snarky the entire time, after he handed me my change he said, "I appreciate that tip!" very loudly, calling attention to the fact I didn't tip him. My friend didn't bother buying anything at all. As we walked out she said, "What the hell was that guy's problem? I didn't want to ask him anything, I thought he'd be rude to me too" I didn't tip him because he was rude from start to finish. Just rude and snarky so yeah, I'll pass on your tip. I always tip at my regular dispensary and throw a few bucks in the jar, but I'm definitely not tipping some rude budtender that clearly doesn't enjoy waiting on people- native roots definitely won't be a regular stop. read more

I went in this afternoon and asked employee Katie B. a few questions. She was very unhelpful and unfriendly. I thought bud tenders were supposed to have some expertise? Or at the minimum, refrain from being flat out unpleasant. There are plenty of dispensaries in Denver, steer clear of this dud. read more

I am a Novus marijuana consumer. I definitely did not know what to expect going into native roots. This was the only dispensary I have seen that did not look shady and was very inviting to go into. It's like waiting in the doctors office you hand them your ID then wait to go in the back. Maxwell, a very knowledgeable pharmacist, helped educate me on the different products they provide. After I had made my purchase I had asked what Denver and the surrounding area had to offer once again he did not disappoint I have planned my day based on his recommendations. read more

Native Roots Marijuana Dispensary Highlands MED/REC - WANA - A vegan sour gummy edible - Cannabis Clinics Near Me - Denver, Colorado

This place is great! Everytime I've been in they have gotten me in right away. The place is very clean, a lot of products to choose from and the staff is very nice and very helpful to make sure you get the right stuff for you. I definitely won't go anywhere else but here. read more

The med side is the weakest selection around. Their flower & wax is consistent but they don't have a variety of edibles unless you're a rec client & it doesn't get that much better. Always out of products that are in display case. Most tenders know what their talking about but some are lost read more

I am a native and have shopped in many dispensaries around Colorado: I have stopped into this particular dispensary 2x -when in the area and have walked out both times. They have a man on staff (who acts like a manager) that is literally the RUDEST person I have ever come across in the customer service industry. I happily brought my business to a dispensary down the street that treats customers respectfully. I will never shop here again- and i told every person I came across today about my experience. Apparently I'm not the only one who has had a terrible experience here. I think the owner should think about restaffing- because the location is great. read more

Update review as of 5/17/2017: Just amazing people here. We worked with Chris today, since Summer was busy, and he was just as friendly, knowledgeable, and open about how to help us. We will be traveling soon, but when we return to Denver, this is the only clinic we will use. Both Summer and Chris were superb and I recommend Native Roots Highlands to anyone that wants professional help. Ps. They will spend as much time as you need and they deserve a bit of love from us consumers, so give them a tip if you can afford it. :-) read more

I went in to shop for high CBD low THC products. Max spent a great deal of time with. He told me about different products, how each worked, and what ratios of CBD/THC each had. I had a hard time understanding how vaporizers, etc. work, so I kept asking him to review the instructions. He was very patient kind, and helpful. Native Roots Dispensary Highlands is not the closest store, but I travel to this store as I really like the staff there. They are always kind, cheerful, informative, and patient with me. Thank you Max!!!! read more

I was just at your store at the highlands location and your sales associate, Austin B., exhibited racist behavior towards me. I corrected him on how to say my name and he said "This is America. Names are different here." I am Mexican and this is completely unacceptable and disrespectful behavior, and I didn't expect to find this type of attitude at your store. He was also condescending and unhelpful towards me friend, who is also a Latinx female, and we were taken aback by how unpleasant and disrespectful he acted towards us. read more

Chill spot in a great neighborhood with fair prices and super helpful staff. Very close to downtown in trendy LoHi.

The customer service I received from my budtender was solid (sorry I don't recall his name), which is why I'm giving 2 stars, not 1. The flower selection was not great when I was in (maybe 8 total strains that weren't pre-packaged crumble). During my shopping experience, I felt very crowded for a store that is practicing social distancing. There was another customer shopping with a different budtender, and the woman was literally right behind me, with no more than a foot between us. That made me feel pretty uncomfortable. I ended up getting two 1/8s of Veritas Grape OZ, which was pretty pricey at $75 a quarter. The bud looked good, but when I broke it up it was extremely dry and was harsh when I smoked it. I could have gotten the cheaper Native Roots flower, but the Veritas was the best looking from what I could tell. Overall, I was disappointed in this experience. I've had better experiences at different locations. read more
