I attended a birthday party here and it was a great experience!…read more The facility was clean, staff was professional and most importantly they kept kids safe! Children were required to pass a swim test if they wanted to swim independently and couldn't touch the bottom of the pool. If they were unable to complete the test on their own they would need a life vest or an adult with them. I am grateful for the cleanliness, access to blow dryers and fun decor!

This included splashing water (even grabbing her personal water bottle to squeeze water onto instructor in next lane) into next lane and throwing baby toys into next lane. I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff. This instructor was allowed to continue on with the mini class. This instructor also issued instructions only once to parents at an almost-whisper and then seemed annoyed when nobody knew what to do. scammy enrollment policies: 1 We were told at the time of enrolling that we could book for just one month with no auto re-enrollment. They re-enrolled us so we had to pay for month 2 in a hostage situation. They also told us we could cancel classes with fair notice and use make up tokens any time. Well, not any time because when we tried to use them after our last month ended, they told us we would have to reenroll ($120) to use our make up tokens for lessons WE ALREADY PAID FOR. Just go to the YMCA-- it's not any cleaner but at least it is cheaper, they're nicer, not scammers, and there's multiple instructors per class and very active life guards.

My son met the 42-inch height requirement and has safely enjoyed similar attractions before, yet we were still made to feel uncomfortable and singled out throughout our visit. What upset me the most was watching my son cry after getting hurt, and instead of showing concern or compassion, staff looked at him, walked away, and laughed with another coworker. As a parent, that was heartbreaking and completely unacceptable to witness. No child should ever be treated with such disregard, especially when they are visibly upset and crying. Throughout the visit, my children both older and younger were watched excessively, which made us feel targeted instead of welcomed. As a Black family, the treatment we experienced raised serious concerns about bias and discrimination. I fully understand the importance of safety rules, but rules should be enforced respectfully and equally for everyone. Families come to these facilities to feel safe and enjoy time together, not to feel humiliated, ignored, or judged. I will be contacting the district and administration for both facilities to formally report these experiences and seek accountability. I hope steps are taken to ensure no other family or child is made to feel this way again.

Complimentary towels and coffee/tea with some nice sugar free syrups. They have all the equipment and facilities you need, whether you are strength-training, swimming, playing tennis or basketball, or studio classes. It is rarely ever packed or busy, except around 4-6 PM. I have never had to wait to use an equipment still during the busy times. Overall, this is a nice gym. Only concern is that it is a hefty price per month. But maybe that is how they keep the gym maintained and less busy.

Despite my efforts to cancel, my membership was renewed and I continued to be charged. I was also contacted on a personal phone number by a representative regarding my account, which I found unprofessional. Throughout the process, I felt my concerns were ignored and I was not provided with a reasonable way to end my membership despite my circumstances. As a result, I ended up facing significant financial hardship and ongoing billing issues. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone considering a membership to carefully review the cancellation and renewal policies before signing up.

I can tell that her confidence has grown along with her swimming skills from taking these classes. She started in the bright blue level and has already moved up to big blue. The staff gives you updates on their progress after every lesson in the mobile app. The facility has plenty of seating to watch your swimmer and is brightly lit. There are many changing rooms, (including changing rooms with infant changing tables in them) and plastic bags for wet items. Anyone can sign up for swim lessons, from babies to adults who need help learning!

He only did this class 3 times, then they suggest he move up already to the independent classes with no parent in the water with them. This made us nervous, as he just turned 3. He moved up, did ok at first, then had a hard time waiting his turn, and would splash around, etc. I asked if it was too soon to move him up classes, they said no. Well after only 3 classes, they banned him from the place for 3 months, and said we would have to start over in the parent/child class after the 3 month leave. The instructors have no patience, so if you have a young child who is not perfect 100% of the time, this place will kick you out. They do not work with you to make things better, or simply just move back a class. I would not recommend this place to anyone. To kick a 3 year old out and refuse to teach them to swim is horrible, for just acting like a newly 3 year old!!
