Children were required to pass a swim test if they wanted to swim independently and couldn't touch the bottom of the pool. When I decided not to continue, the tone of the conversation changed. What began as kind and helpful became dismissive, and I was told I was locked into a two-year contract. Speaking with the owner was even more discouraging--the conversation ended in a way that felt threatening regarding payment. Despite only attending four times, I ended up paying over $6,000. I'm sharing this so others can ask very clear questions about contracts, trial terms, and cancellation policies before signing. Get everything in writing and make sure you fully understand the commitment. Please proceed with caution.

He only did this class 3 times, then they suggest he move up already to the independent classes with no parent in the water with them. This made us nervous, as he just turned 3. He moved up, did ok at first, then had a hard time waiting his turn, and would splash around, etc. I asked if it was too soon to move him up classes, they said no. Well after only 3 classes, they banned him from the place for 3 months, and said we would have to start over in the parent/child class after the 3 month leave. The instructors have no patience, so if you have a young child who is not perfect 100% of the time, this place will kick you out. They do not work with you to make things better, or simply just move back a class. I would not recommend this place to anyone. To kick a 3 year old out and refuse to teach them to swim is horrible, for just acting like a newly 3 year old!!

This is a great hidden gem and all of the galleries are free. It's definitely really small like you could see everything under an hour. There's also a small gift shop.
