Fanduel took over the platform and at that point TVG was doomed. Last December they made a decision to discontinue their rewards program. They also phased out ACH deposits and now they have moved their only remaining player perk (Money Back Special) to Fanduel. They advise you to open a Fanduel account to access this perk. In fact, there are no perks anymore at TVG, spotty access, failed bets, and no way to contact anyone except by e-mail, where it takes 24 hours to receive a response. I have moved my account to Twin Spires, which has its own issues, but at least it is a viable, player-oriented site with good rewards perks. TVG was good until Betfair too over. The new graphics are really bad, they dont showvthe odds or payoffs of races anymore only how many min till the next race. Who cares. In the evening the odds for a finished race disappear after the race finishes so we don't know the odds of the placing horses. Commercials show up during post parades. You contact TVG and all they give you is a e-mail to contact the host on the air. What? Thats not what I want. read more

I'm really disappointed with the recent production quality during recent weeks when there have been virtual broadcasts from some of the team's homes. Some of the commentators have acceptable equipment, but some like Matt have had poor audio quality for weeks really bringing down the quality of the shows. Even for companies that work from home, we mostly have better simplistic audio quality. It seems like TVG is behind almost every other network I watch. It is even more frustrating that there is no easy way to send any email, phone, or voicemail feedback. The gaming part of the company says to contact the studios but there is. Nobody to talk to there during studio hours, and no voicemail option either. Without knowing a particular extension I could not find any way to give feedback. read more
