For 10+years I enjoyed Doug McIntyre's show- informative, clever, politics with a light hand. I've loved Gillian and John's ride home. I like Dr Dru (I miss Mike Catherwood). I now listen to Gillian and John in the morning. I'm so glad Gillian's back and her wonderful personality still sparkles. At 10am I turn to 88.1 and listen to delightful jazz until noon. I turn back to 790 sometimes at 12 for Dr Dru, definitely turn off 790 at 3. Larry O'Donell in the morning and Ben Shapiro in the afternoon both give me a headache. It's a one note melody. I know they love Trump (I don't). John Phillips loves Trump, too, but he has conversations about other news and is an interesting person. I feel Larry O'Donnell talks about only how misunderstood Trump is. OK, I know how you feel-is anything else going on in the world? Ben Shapiro shares the same dialogue (do they read from the same script?) but Shapiro's delivery in that awful staccato, whiny voice is not tolerable. I pity the poor people on the freway, how they must miss Gillian and John, too. Peter Tilden's ok, I just don't listen to the radio in the evening, so I don't hear him anymore. Thank God for the jazz station- I think I'll write a check now. read more
