We then had to order a few more nameplates the following week. They screwed up our billing several times. Were billing us multiple times for the same thing. They also sent us random bills a year later for orders that were already paid for. We had to place another order about 6 months after moving in. We were told our order had already shipped and we'd receive it in a few days. A few weeks later, and nothing. I email several times with no response (after having corresponded with him via email to place the order). I finally speak to the manager. Turns out our order was never completed and never shipped. Not only were they a billing nightmare, but ordering was a pain in the ass as well. We are looking for a new sign company.

AVOID Spa Repair LA and Walter AT ALL COSTS unless you enjoy lighting thousands of dollars on fire,…read moreruining your equipment and getting ghosted. I paid $4,975 based on his supposed "expertise" to connect and integrate a gas heater into my existing cedar hot tub system. He was the one who recommended the exact heater, insisted it would work, and told me what to buy. I trusted his advice. Big mistake. He showed up, did partial plumbing and installation work, couldn't get the system running, and started blaming everything--gas connection issues, then control boards (that he supplied), then anything but his own design. After a few failed attempts, he just... disappeared. No completion, no fix, no follow-up. Meanwhile, my hot tub has been completely unusable for months. I brought in multiple independent professionals to figure out what went wrong. Every single one of them said the same thing: the setup he recommended is fundamentally incompatible and will never work. Even the manufacturer confirmed it. This wasn't a minor error or bad luck--this was a completely wrong approach from the start that never should have been recommended and Walter has absolutely no idea what he's doing. And before anyone thinks I didn't give him a chance--think again. I gave him every opportunity to come back, fix it, or refund the money. Multiple calls, messages, and months of patience. Instead of taking responsibility, he stopped responding entirely. So now I'm stuck paying other professionals to undo the damage and take him to court just to try to recover my money. Call it what you want, but in my experience this is someone who will confidently sell you on a solution that doesn't work, take your money, and disappear when it falls apart. Save yourself the time, money, and stress. AVOID WALTER AT ALL COSTS!!! My understanding is that this is a new Yelp page because Walter had to take the other one down for how bad he was doing. Yelp: if you're reading this, I HAVE RECEIPTS FOR EVERY ONE OF WALTER'S ACTIONS. DO NOT TAKE THIS REVIEW DOWN.
