No diagnostic notes, test results, or documentation were provided. When the manufacturer later requested proof of diagnostics for a warranty claim, the invoice contained nothing substantive, which has now complicated my warranty and may leave me out both the $80 and the $600 cost of replacing the computer. Follow‑up communication was defensive rather than professional. I'm sharing this so others know what to expect.

I have missed 12 hours of work over the past 2 days due to our internet cutting in and out. I realize there was an outage today, but yesterday there was not. Vyve could not figure out why the internet went out yesterday. Due to this, I have experienced severe anxiety both about my income and my job security. It never looks good to a manager when a remote employee claims they can't work that long because they do not have internet. This is unfair to paying customers, especially ones that rely on internet access to do their jobs. Something needs to be done about this.
