Judy replaced the failed hard drive, performed a clean installation of Windows 11, and what impressed me most was that she truly went above and beyond. She took the time to reinstall my ESET security software, made sure everything was configured correctly, and even upgraded me to Windows 11 Pro for Workstations at no additional charge. Just as impressive was her pricing. The work was completed for a very fair price, and at no point did I feel like I was being sold services or products I didn't need. Unfortunately my old, 5SE iPhone which I need because of manual dexterity problems, couldn't be repaired by the new, young tech and ended up in worse shape than before. The floating Home button cannot be eliminated, the regular Home button which had been difficult to push is permanently stuck.
