He went in two months prior to the wedding to get sized, was told that they would order the suit in for him to get fitted, and was out the door within 5 mins. That was the end of the contact. We had to follow up with several calls before we found out the status of the tux. We were told they couldn't locate it, would call back, and didn't. We followed up and they "found it in the wedding section" a week before the wedding. We had to go in the next available day for a rush on fitting and alterations. The employees that we interacted with both on the phone and in the store were friendly and professional, but the level of service was below the $465+ spent on the tux. The store itself is what you'd expect for a pricey clothier. The displays were neat and organized, the lighting was clean and bright.

Most recently my close friend got her dress for her daughters wedding under 3 weeks before the wedding already needing alterations as the dress was coming in a little big for her as she is petite. The dress was ordered in February was supposed arrive in May got here in July. When her dress finally arrived after MONTHS of anxiously waiting it came in a size 8. They apologized and offered to do the alternations however we have already heard of a list of problems coming from alterations worst being burn marks to an overseas gown. Thankfully she got alterations else where she was not offered any money off the dress and was told she already saved $100 because the store spent it to get her size (that she didn't even receive). She looked beautiful in the dress after alterations but after the experience it was hard to love her dress she spent a good fortune on. Moral of the story order your dress a year in advance or maybe look else where I hope that the store owner can learn from these experiences and do better.

Two employees -- including a manager -- showed her mom "how to zip the dress" and reassured her that the zipper didn't need to be replaced. The hook and eye also needed to be secured but weren't. Come the day of HOCO, the zipper completely gave out at the damaged prong, leaving the entire zipper broken. This was not an ideal situation for a teenage girl moments before her senior HOCO - running to buy supplies, getting sewn into her dress last minute, smeared make up, rescheduling group photos - stress and things that could have (should have) been avoided by simply replacing a zipper. Of course, no refund was offered, only the option to have the zipper repaired -- too little, too late. This should have been fixed before selling the dress. If something feels off with an item, trust your gut. Look over your garment and make sure everything is in place as is was promised to be. They seem to be more focused on selling at full price than on what happens after you walk out the door.

My stylist Samantha was absolutely incredible -- patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right dress. She listened to everything I had to say and made the entire experience feel personal and special. Michelle was equally wonderful and made sure every detail of my appointment was taken care of. I'm originally from the Pittsburgh area but now live in Richmond, Virginia, and I drove up specifically to come to Sorelle -- my sister bought her dress here back in 2016 and I always knew this was where I wanted to go when my turn came. It lived up to every expectation. My future sister-in-law was with me and was so impressed that she's already planning to come back for her own dress shopping for her 2027 wedding. What truly sets Sorelle apart is how they treat their customers as people, not just transactions. When I ran into an unexpected situation after my appointment, they handled it with an incredible amount of grace, professionalism, and genuine kindness that I will never forget. Small businesses like this are rare, and they deserve every bit of your support. If you are looking for a bridal salon where you will feel cared for from start to finish, look no further than Sorelle. They have earned a customer for life in my family.

I also had my alterations done here as well. I highly recommend this shop for all of your wedding and bridal needs. I found this shop in search of a specific wedding dress brand (Essence of Australia) and MarWin came up as a vendor carrying the brand in my internet search on my area. We set an appointment and I received attentive one on one VIP treatment for the entire appointment. You can bring your entire wedding party group as well. I was not sure of the fit and style of dress I wanted initially. Their appointment app was helpful to prepare me for my visit. When we arrived, they helped me to try on several options from their robust collection to narrow down my search. They were extremely patient with me while helping me try on the dresses while providing helpful tips along the way. Their selection was robust for women of all tastes, shapes and sizes. Prices for dress and alterations were comparable to the market. Their shop was similar to a boutique and was bright, adorable and perfect! I am very indecisive and did a search among several shops in Pittsburgh before making my final decision. The dress of my dreams and the quality of the 2 dresses in my final running ended up being from MarWin. I took I pictures of all dresses that I tried on. I was pulled right back to their shop every time. Quality was unmatched. My dress had been at the shop from the first try on and was waiting for me when it was time for me to make a final decision. Special shout out to the entire team: Gina provided top notch customer service and helped me to try on dresses. She was an absolute gem the entire time and provided support services for my initial appt. with a smile. Karen was also there as well and they were both extremely helpful. Karen did the alterations and the bustle for my dress. She is a master with her skills. With over 30 years of experience, she made magic happen with my dress putting any worries I had to rest and made sure my dress had the most amazing fit specifically for me. Jamie was the owner and helped to provide follow thru and facilitated all appointments. She was extremely patient and professional with me the entire time and answered all questions I had along the way. She also helped me with try ons when my dress order came in. A free parking lot was available on site. I felt the love the entire time here. Thanks so much for everything!
