I drove 100 miles to Medford from the coast to find a suit for my wedding. I showed up at Men's Warehouse and was turned away because they're apparently only taking appointments for being "short staffed", even though they had no customers and three employees standing around. They were very rude and basically said it wasn't their problem, so I left, and went to Tuxedo Junction. These humans at Tuxedo Junction are absolutely special. They were INCREDIBLY kind, very genuine, extremely helpful, and made my day better, because I was honestly (more than) a little ticked off by my experience earlier in the day. They scoured their inventory for something that I would like, and although they didn't have what I was looking for (I wanted a vintage style 3 piece suit, Peaky Blinders If you will), they really made me feel like they cared. As the icing on the cake, they GAVE me (for free-fifty) a beautiful pinstriped navy vest, a matching bow tie, and a bag of really classy cuff links because they were sympathetic for my long journey and my struggle with MW. I was BLOWN away. It goes without saying, please don't go there and expect to be given free things as I mentioned happened to me here, but please do give these people your business. They are kind people that really really went completely out of their way to make my day better. For that, I am very thankful, and recommend their business wholeheartedly without ANY hesitation. Do whatever you can to take your business elsewhere. They don't call when your rentals are in, let alone call to let you know they ordered the wrong colors and rentals are going TO BE LATE. We used tuxedo junction for my friend's wedding as well as our own within a month of each other and we could not be more pleased! Our friend's wedding (in May) went off without a hitch for my fiancé's suit! For our wedding (June) my fiancé's suit didn't fit due to some pre-wedding weight gain. The staff there truly went above and beyond!!! They were incredibly apologetic (even though it wasn't even their fault) and they drove to Roseburg that same night just to get a larger size for our special day. We brought my son in for a tuxedo fitting. He was rushed, not given examples of basic decisions he was trying to make and it was excessively obvious the goal here was to get him out the door as fast as possible with as little input as possible. No one called us to notify us when the tux was ready to be picked up and instead we finally called asking the day before his prom if the tux was in..it was. My son drove into Medford from Talent to get the tuxedo and thankfully decided to try it on when he returned back home. The pants were absolutely sized incorrectly. He could not breath and resembled a teenage youth wearing skin tight ladies yoga pants. They not only looked ridiculous but he could not possibly wear them for 5 minutes let alone an entire evening. We called the store franticly and were not offered an apology, refund or any kindness at all.. only gruffly informed we could turn around and drive back and they would try to "find something that would work". My son was due to work the opposite direction and he ended up settling on a pair of black slacks that he had in his closet..I know this place is virtually the only place in town, which leaves little choice. However, I will never use them again and recommend you do not either. read more

I have had nothing but problems with this place for years!! Have been in numerous weddings and unfortunately this is one of the only places around. If you get fitted someone where else and give them the measurements it seems to be fine but if you get measured there it always seems things are wrong. I recently had a shirt not fit, went in tried another one on and still not the right size. I was already 10 min late and the day before the stated we didn't need to try on the shirts and not get them dirty. The second shirt didn't fit and all they said was sorry. Had to go to JC Penny's to get a shirt and luckily they had what I needed. They did not give me a credit back and stated to the bride who took the tuxes back that everything fit fine. We need another tux rental place around this place is a joke and I highly DO NOT recommend them!! read more

The man that works there is extremely rude and condescending towards women. I called to let them know two of the four suits we rented for our wedding did not fit properly. First of all, he answered the phone with 'Junction'. No formal greeting, hello or even a 'How can I help you?' Like most professional businesses should answer the phone. When I explained what happened all he gave we're several excuses to blame us, the paying customers, rather than accepting that the fault was theirs. The four guys were each fitted BY tuxedo junction, grown men who did not grow I. Less than a month from the time of fitting. He was very rude to me and kept cutting me off when I tried to talk. Tuxedo Junction have been invaluable when it comes to renting five amazing tuxedos. They worked with us to help get measurements for three people who were out of town. They never made us feel rushed or on a time crunch. We did a final fitting a day before the wedding all the tuxes fitted perfectly and made each man look more handsome then ever. We had one tux that needed slight alterations in the jacket which they corrected immediately. We would not have looked nearly as amazing without their amazing support and superb attention to detail.
