I am awaiting the alterations. Mauricio was helpful when I followed up on the alterations. They give you quite a few coupons and rewards. I plan on supplementing my wardrobe as the local department stores seem to have a pretty limited selection. Some of the casual shirts were pretty cool.

The guys working here are really helpful and willing to give some tips to a non-local like myself. If you're new to fishing or need info on where to fish, this place is great. They are also one of the only (or maybe they might be the only) place to get fly tying equipment and supplies. There's also an ample selection of individual flies to choose from if you're like me and don't like buying the packs from big 5. They also have some cheaper stuff than other stores. Bobbers, spinners, and spoons are sometimes $1-2 less than Walmart or big 5. If you go, make sure to check out the bobber bucket for a possible deal.

Renaissance Rose offers a variety of themed costumes you can rent or purchase. They have packaged costumes similar to what you'll find around Halloween at other retailers, but also some more interesting pieces. At this point their website seems to be pretty basic, so hopefully that will expand in the future. After visiting both stores, I think the main location still has the broadest selection of items for purchase. Especially wigs, hosiery and accessories. But, if you are looking for a more unique rental, then the costume shop is worth a visit. I was most interested in the hair pieces near the back of the shop.

They were INCREDIBLY kind, very genuine, extremely helpful, and made my day better, because I was honestly (more than) a little ticked off by my experience earlier in the day. They scoured their inventory for something that I would like, and although they didn't have what I was looking for (I wanted a vintage style 3 piece suit, Peaky Blinders If you will), they really made me feel like they cared. As the icing on the cake, they GAVE me (for free-fifty) a beautiful pinstriped navy vest, a matching bow tie, and a bag of really classy cuff links because they were sympathetic for my long journey and my struggle with MW. I was BLOWN away. It goes without saying, please don't go there and expect to be given free things as I mentioned happened to me here, but please do give these people your business. They are kind people that really really went completely out of their way to make my day better. For that, I am very thankful, and recommend their business wholeheartedly without ANY hesitation.
