So my son needed to rent a Tux for Prom coming next month. We had went to 2 places out here in Av the 1st place we went to the owner was totally rued, had no patience what so ever, the minute my son seen that he wanted to leave which made me feel uncomfortable as well with her unpleasant and unprofessional customer service service. 2nd place we went to called Rocas Tuxedo and Dressses in E. Palmdale the owner was there with seem like his Mom and I asked for rental tuxedos and all he said was all the rental tuxedos are hanging on the wall behind you. No help what so Ever not Helpful at all and when my son seen a Tux he said he could make slim fit whatever he had that's what it was, he basically told me to go elsewhere to buy my son's Tux and have Mens Wearhouse do the alterations. I kept asking him questions telling him well ots our 1st time do u think u can help, with what color matches with what and he had no patience. So we left, I remembered there's a place by my job out in 10th st Lancaster that I always see name Tux Station right before Ave L, so there we go. The minute we walked in the Owner and his wife made us feel so comfortable, extremely friendly, helpful, patient and most importantly He immediately Sar down helped my son pick and match his whole outfit my Son was Super Happy he found his Perfect fit for his Special day. His suits, prices are very good. I loved it! We left Super Happy, we found just what we were looking for a friendly place that would make us feel the most comfortable since it was our very 1st time and were clueless about everything. I used them for my wedding in February because they promised me they could get my vest in a particular pattern, the gentleman helping me even called the company he would be getting my clothes through to confirm and assured me, yes, that would be fine. When next we spoke, he informed me that no, only the tie could be the pattern I wanted. Okay I said, but I felt like we were too far in to change. When my groomsmen and I picked up our suits (minus a jacket), we all grabbed them at different times. When we were all getting ready the morning of, we realized that all of the shirts didnt match. Wouldn't have been a big deal if we had used jackets, but we were only in vests. I appreciate them working with me since I am a bigger guy and they accommodated the need for larger clothes, but I would not reccomend them. read more

I liked Tux Station until the day I picked up my tux. The day I picked up the tux that I rented, two out four items fit; the pant and jacket fit perfectly. The shirt and vest did not fit. After telling one of the employees that my shirt didn't fit, I was straight out told that I "gained weight". I then laughed it off and requested another shirt, which in return I was handed a long 2XL shirt... then I asked for another shirt and was told that they didn't have anymore shirt that would fit but that would go check the back. The employee comes out with a smaller shirt that fit okay; the shirt was short at the sleeves but I take it anyway. Then I try the vest and same thing, it doesn't button up because it was too small and I get another "you gained weight" comment. I requested another vest and was told that they only had one vest but it was wrinkled and they couldn't iron it. Fine. I take the wrinkled vest and move on. Tux Station, tell me how the shirt and vest didn't fit the jacket fit perfectly if I "gained weight". My friends and I rented the tux for my friend's wedding. We all had different color shirts. How do you mess that up?! The color that was chosen was ivory, one person had a light cream color, another person had a yellowish cream and another guy had a white shirt. How does white comes close to ivory? The quality of the suits were below decent. They're worn out. We had buttons falling off and cuff links breaking before the wedding ceremony even started. Go to another tux rental place, don't go here. read more

I met the owners at the AV Bridal Expo this year. I searched around for a tux for my wedding party and groom. Every where else in the valley is so expensive and they have hidden charges or just charge so expensive for cleaning and smoking fees. Harry helped us out and he was so honest and down to earth. He was not trying to sell us and made us feel very comfortable. There suits are great quality and you cant beat the price I can not wait to see everyone suited up. My son's tux jacket went missing at the prom and when I returned it the next day without the jacket, they allowed me three extra days at no charge to try to track it down which was very much appreciated! This shop has changed ownership since we used them 3 years ago. My husband and I have rented tuxedo's for years, and never had worse service. Do NOT use this shop - you will regret it. They quoted me one price for the tuxedo and shoes - didn't write me a quote, I had only my notes to go by. All the men went in for a fitting prior to pickup. When the wedding party came in to pick up tuxedos, they were ill fitting - the Groom's father tried on no less than 10 pairs of pants - no joke! - the owner kept bringing out the wrong size, too long, even the wrong style. The Bride's father had to get a different size jacket. The first pair of pants for the Ring Bearer had a hole in the knee. When it came time to settle the bills after the tuxedo's were all turned in - they charged everyone $10 per rental more than I had been quoted. The Groom's father was told upon returning his tux that he had not paid for his tuxedo, when in fact he paid in full when he went in for the fitting. We had to make them write returned on our original receipts and get copies - they were just going to let us walk away after turning in the tuxedos and I got very nervous about leaving without some kind of note. I will never recommend this shop - their bookkeeping is horrible, they are disorganized and their tuxedo's are not in good condition. Use Men's Warehouse in town if you need a tuxedo - do not use this store! read more

This was the most unprofessional tuxedo shop I have ever been to. When I arrived to pick up my tux, the gentleman told me everything looked good when in fact the jacket was about 2 sizes too large and the pants were a few inches too short. Fast forward to wedding day. As I got dressed we found out that the white shirt I was given had multiple stains up the arm of the sleeve. I even found trash from an old prom in my pants pocket. The groom was missing parts for his tux also. We had to return to the store the day of the wedding and when we arrived the shop was closed and locked up at 3:00pm, despite that their store hours posted stated open until 5:00pm. About halfway through the night the buckle on my pants broke and I had to use a safety pin just to keep my pants up for the night. When we returned the tux and told the store owners about all the problems we had and the grief it caused during the wedding, their response was "oh I'm very sorry". They made no attempts to empathize or try to make the situation any better for me. Very poor customer service. Overall this shop left a very sour taste in my mouth. They can only be described as unorganized and shady. I am very displeased with my experience. In a time of stress during a wedding, the tuxedo should be something that should have zero problems. I would highly recommend NOT using this place EVER. I would give zero starts if I could. read more

Wife and I were renewing our wedding vows and my groomsmen and I needed a suit. This place was awful, very unorganized. There was a bit of a communication problem, owners were very hard to understand. They gave us a quote and changed it because they said the person that took the order didn't know what he was doing. They called me the day I was suppose to pick up the tux and told me we couldn't. There had been an illness in the family and no one could be at the shop. This was unacceptable, they only have family working at the shop. I was understanding to the problem but they really needed someone to run the shop. Once I got my tux it was the wrong size, there was buttons mission. I requested suspenders, no one got them but me and I had to ask for it. And my god the heat, the shop was so hot I was dripping with sweat every time I left. Not a very professional business at all. The price was good but the service really was bad. For the $20 I save for not going to men's warehouse just wasn't worth it. I can't recommend this place, if you need to pay a little extra for better quality and service then you should do so. read more
