Check out any of their annual holiday videos on YouTube and see for yourself. Not one good performance and lazy inexperienced teachers full of crap to pump you up and out of your money. The reason there are so many five star reviews is because they make it a requirement to go online and give them a review as part of a system to qualify for freebies. So again using their model to sell sell sell, you have to give them a good review so you can get a free lesson or a small party at the end of the month in which they ask you to bring your own food and supply all of the drink drinks for them and in my opinion is never a good deal.

My daughter, along with the other queens, never received a dime. She changed the pageant date a total of 4 times( Oct 15, Nov 12, Dec 3, and now its TBD) She promised a family a refund via email after the date was changed on them and now she is refusing to refund them. She lied about my daughters sponsor. She told one of her current queens via text message that an event was cancelled(too wet to attend) in order to exclude her from attending. The event was in fact not cancelled and Cynthia and 5 of her other queens were there. The way she purposely excluded a girl was awful.

One of the limitations they have is gymnastics. Boys can join gymnastics if they are under four (? Or 5?) years old, but when they get older, they cannot move to a higher level because it is for girls only. Otherwise, they have dance, swimming and Tag. We currently have our daughter enrolled in tag, and most of the teachers are pretty good. It gets a bit tricky when you have other kids in the same class who are disruptive and the teacher doesn't do much to navigate to the class back. If! You are a parent that likes to come early before the class, it might be a bit tricky getting in since the other classes are just getting out. With that, the best area to park is in the back. There's even a back door there you can enter through. If you miss a class or are planning to miss a class, you just have to make sure to notify them via website two hours prior to the class so that you can get a make up for the class for next time, so make sure you grab all of the class schedules located in the check-in desk on the wall because you can choose any make up class to try! Overall, it's a good all in one place to try.
