We've been enrolled for my boy he's 2 years old for about three days. I understand that on the first day, it's normal for a child to feel upset or not want to enter the classroom. I expected the teacher to have the skills to talk to him, calm him down, and give him extra attention. However, that did not happen. In fact, the opposite happened--she pulled him by his hand while he was crying and dragged him on the floor instead of comforting him or handling the situation gently. I was very upset and mentioned this as feedback, hoping it would not happen again. The second day, I also noticed additional concerns. It seems they don't know how to properly comfort or settle a child for sleep. When he asks for something, they don't respond--they turn away and walk away from him. He is left crying for long periods without anyone checking on him or trying to understand what he needs. There appears to be no real engagement, teaching, or structured activities. I do not see any educational interaction. It seems limited to feeding, diaper changes, and giving him an iPad. I am personally trying to reduce his screen time, but they continue to rely on the iPad. Last day, another serious situation happened. In the morning, I checked the live camera and saw my child wearing his backpack with the strap still fastened. He was trying to remove it, pulling one arm out while the backpack was still hanging on him. He was following the teacher, trying to get her attention for help, but she did not look at him, did not notice him, and did not respond. I was concerned for his safety, so I called the daycare immediately and asked them to check on him, as he could have been hurt or choked by the strap. After the receptionist contacted the teacher, she finally removed the backpack. At that point, I was very upset and decided to pick him up and leave. What made the situation even more concerning was being told, 'There are a lot of children, it's not my problem.' This response is completely unacceptable. It is not my responsibility to manage staffing or workload. My concern is my child's safety, care, and emotional well-being. Worst place ever. I put my son "Jad"at this day care thinking is good and teacher has good experience of taking care of kids, but it took 3 days to make sure it's not worth it at all. First day for new kid who had 2 years old, he was crying and teacher not trying to calm him down. teacher dragged him and made him more upset. Second day my boy tried to get some help from the teacher multiple times and teacher just ignored him all day. Something wired happened at the second day. It was nap time and my kids did sleep, one teacher took him behind toy's shelves I couldn't see him at that point and start laughing so hard for few mints, then my boy left that area and teacher followed him and she had the phone in her hand not ,sure what she was doing but my kids was so clear not comfortable with that. I called the day care asking what the teacher was doing to him, but didn't received any response. I asked them to answer my kids and be kind to him cause he is new to the school. Third day was the last day to my kids since we didn't see any changes. So we canceled this place. This place has no activity for this age and has no good communication with kids. I saw 2 kids almost start to fight each other and no one pay attention to them. These teachers knew that's parents watching and they don't care. They are unprofessional and they can't take are off toddlers. I would not recommend this place to any body. I don't understand how other people still trusting this place to each after their kid's. read more

I have had three children go to this daycare and I think the staff is amazing. The front desk ladies are great, Carly and Royleecia are engaging and always helpful when I have any concerns about my children. Cynthia and Jackie in the infant room are great as well. It is a bit nerve-wracking leaving your baby with someone else but they make me feel very comfortable and always keep me updated about my baby. Krichelle, Vanessa, and Kiara are also all standout teachers. Their app also gives me peace of mind by letting me check in on my kiddos at all times through the cameras. Recently I know they had an accreditation walk-through and received a 100% rating, which is not surprising. The facility is always clean and as I've said the staff is warm and you can tell they genuinely care about every single kiddo. If you are looking for a great daycare you genuinely can't go wrong here. read more

When I tell y'all this is the GHETTO I mean it. They don't watch these kids. Every day I pull up there's a little girl crying at the door and no one tries to get her involved or anything. My friend used their daycare and she told me she was having issues because her daughter got into a fight and they didn't even give her an incident report. She had bruises on her face. And didn't say anything... I was trying to give them a chance. When I first started bringing my son here, the ugly big one in the front office tried to have me go back to my car to get my ID... I already had the code and my kid would obviously be like ,"Mom!" when I walked into his class but she was acting funny like I was an intruder. On a seperate occasion, I walk in and my son is punching another kid. They were just playing but the teacher was sitting there on her phone. They don't care about their kids and from what I've read they don't compensate their teachers for them to even enjoy their jobs. Pulling my son this week. Tired of these raggedy women! read more

I had to file a police report against them as my two-year-old was hurt two times within the same hour. My son had a blackeye gash on the side gash on his four head black and blue on his 4 Head the Center director Dakota had no empathy and totally minimized it and defended her teachers. She actually said "We expect the children to be able to sit in a chair." I told her well if he falls the first time pay more attention to him because he might have a concussion he might not be able to sit still in a chair. But the incident report said that he was messing around in a chair and did not say he was sitting in it. read more

Hello, my name is Analisa. I am the Mother of Elijah Clark. I would like to share my story with you in regards to an incident that happened at Tutor Time located at 3316 E Baseline Rd Phoenix, AZ 85042 on Friday November 12th, 2016. My 7 year old son was physically abused by one of the daycare workers. The day all of this happened, as I arrived to pick up my son from daycare, I was told that the director called me several times and left messages for which I never received. He then told me my son was no longer welcome to attend Tutor Time anymore due to them losing a worker because of my sons behavior. When I went to get my son from the school age classroom, my son was scared and didn't want to talk. We went on with our day as I continued to talk to my son and ask him what happened and he still refused to talk to me. Later on they evening on Friday November 12th, 2016, I took my son and his older brother to get a haircut and seen him continuously holding his arm and his head and asked him what was wrong. Elijah then began to tell me what happened. My son said that the daycare worker by the name of Carlos squeezed his arm so hard after he asked my son to clean up. My son asked him to let go several times and Carlos began to squeeze my sons arm harder and harder. And still refuses to let go of his arm! My 7 year old son, trying to defend himself, bit the daycare worker and then the worker grabbed my son by his neck and slammed him on the floor. Below are photos of the marks left on my son. I took my son to PCH where they took X-rays and examined my son. The police department was then called and took a report as well as photos of my son. Since the daycare was closed over the weekend, I had to wait til Monday to speak with the provider as to what happened with my son and to collect all 6 of my children's belongings since they will no longer be enrolled at Tutor Time. When arriving at the daycare, the director asked if I could speak with him. We then stepped into his office and he began to tell me that over the weekend another worker contacted him and said she could not sleep because she felt like she needed to speak up about what she seen take place with my son. What I dont understand is why?? Why would you wait to say you witnessed my child being abused? What if something worse could of happen to my son and none of us would have ever known what happened?? The cops should have been called as soon as you witnessed my son being abused!! I myself then called the police department at 11am and waited til 4pm for an officer to come and take an additional report from both the director and the witness who seen what happened to my child. I have contacted the authority's again this morning since I have not heard from anyone and this man is still free! I need justice for what happened to my son! No child deserves this! My son is now needing counseling for what happened to him. He Cry's every morning when I take him to school because he is scared. I now have missed 3 days of work to make sure this man is paying for what he did to my son!! I need help fighting for my son and every other parent who have been through this horrible experience! I am beyond tired of these people and this disorderly unorganized facility . three of my children attend this campus yet I'm paying $290 a week for one child and my child can't be properly taken care of . The first day my two-year-old was supposed to start her care at this facility i was expecting to get a tour and meet with my two year olds teacher. I had to ask to do that , however I did end up meeting with the teacher and her attitude was just totally uninterested in the situation . no proper interaction with a parent expecting for you to care for their child. I asked the teacher what's a typical day like for the children in your class . She just had a bad attitude rolling her eyes didn't say anything to my child. Nonchalant it wasn't an unpleasant experience for me .so I decided after that interaction I did not want my child to be enrolled in that daycare. I called and spoke with the director about the situation and she told me that's fine just put her on the other side of the two-year-old classroom. I met the other teacher Erica she seems very attentive and caring for the children so I felt comfortable with my two-year-old being in her care and still to this day I have no problem with her she's always been very nurturing with the children. These people who run this facility are so unorganized so disorderly & inconveniencing me and my job because I can never drop my child off in the same place where I'm told my two-year-old can be dropped off . One minute she can stay in the front office for 15 minutes until her teacher gets there the next minute she can go in the room with her brothers now she can't .the next minute she can be in the toddler classroom until her other teacher gets there now she can't. so this is causing me to be late for work because nobody can ever stay on the same page . Every time my weekly tuition is broken down for one of my children it's always a different number that I'm quoted . Carly and the director don't do math properly they just throw all these numbers at you & expect for you to be like "OK HERE "From what I was told by one of the front desk receptionist Weekly tuition is due every Monday at the latest on Wednesday. I got a call Tuesday while I'm at work receptionist is blowing up my phone telling me I need to come get my child as soon as possible because I didn't pay my tuition. I'm telling her I'm at work I can't come get them until I get off of work and I was under the impression that the payments were not due until Wednesday. She told me no I need to come get my children or pay my tuition now. nobody can ever be on the same page which is frustrating. I monitored the camera for about 30 minutes and I seen my child walking around for 20 minutes crying being neglected and everyone was just ignoring her. It's horrible and just ran down . They need proper employees that actually wants and know how to do their job properly and are not incompetent... read more

So awful. You are treated like it's a privilege to be there. My child was neglected and the rooms were consistently understaffed where I had To go back to the front of the office and ask to have another staff member put in the room before I could leave my child. As soon as I Left they were just go back to the staffing as it was before I asked to have the right amount of staffing. My child had constant bite marks on his face hand arm and back and I was told that's just the age. And absolutely 100% lack of empathy or care for the children. My son has attended this location since he was about 10 months old, and they are great! He is a special needs child (wears bilateral hearing aids) and the staff are great at keeping them in and helping him learn how to talk. They also welcome AZ Early Intervention specialists to come and teach them about his hearing loss. He's never had a diaper rash (he's 2.5 now) and always has a great time when I pick him up. My infant has been going to this location for a little more than a month now. And my wife and I feel very secure in dropping her off every day. Even as a baby she does crafts and tummy time and has really nice teachers that are actually happy to see her each day. My baby doesn't cry when we drop her off and the up front team are all nice and friendly when we come in. I also like that I can find and go whenever. I don't have to call before I show up. The people we interact with are happy to care for our daughter. read more
