I've been coming here for over a year and what a wonderful place to get my medicine. Everyone is always so kind and efficient.

The medication I needed was for my cat and is a compounded medicine that isn't carried or made at typical pharmacies - which means I needed to get it specifically at a compounding pharmacy. I'd been trying to get this filled across this last week with 3 different places, with none able to help me fill it until early next week. Called here today and not only did they have the med in stock, Mary gave quick attention to it, knowing I was desperate to get it filled today. I wasn't able to get the prescription sent in til 3, and the pharmacy closes at 5...Mary quickly got the script in and asked me to be there by 4:20 to be in the area. I got to the parking lot just before 4pm and within 5 minutes, Mary called letting me know it was ready! So so grateful that they had the med in stock and got script filled so quickly for me. I have been coming here for a little over 5 years now, for compounded veterinary meds. (This has been an absolute game changer for having cats who refuse to take pills!) I am on meds that require specific compounding. I used to have to travel all the way to Harbor Compounding and have to wait 2 weeks to have the prescription filled. AND, they're expensive. I wish I could give 10 stars. The friendliness I received when I walked in the door was so unexpected and appreciated. I'd been on the hunt for a specific prescription and this was the 7th pharmacy I contacted. Not only were they friendly, they had what I needed in stock and filled my prescription quickly. Everyone here has been absolutely amazing for the last 8ish months I've been getting my sons medication made. Highly recommend! Outstanding service, easy refills, and with good fair pricing. A few months back, I made several phone calls to local compounding pharmacies for our cat's new prescriptions. All pharmacists were unavailable for consultation, none could even to just confirm that they could fill the prescriptions timely, or at what cost. A few did call back later in the week. BUT, Tustin Premier's pharmacist Mary provided immediate response that same day, confirming that she could fill the prescriptions, and the cost of the medicines. She was very helpful in working with me to get the needed prescriptions from our vet. At Tustin Premier our cat's medicine is available quickly and at a much lesser cost than the mail order pharmacy my vet is using. The service and the pricing is outstanding. I'm so glad that this place exists. They were kind, quick and very helpful. They came through when every other pharmacy in a 20 mile radius couldn't. What really sets them apart, in my opinion, is that I just had a specialist doctor tell me, "We don't recommend any pharmacy by name (as a professional shouldn't) but we have had great success when we or our patients work with them." I just received my vaccine here and it was such an easy, great experience. I was able to make an appointment very quickly over the phone, then when I came in I was seen right away. The owner is very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Happy I found this place while looking for a vaccine... I'll be using them for my pharmaceutical needs in the future! I was able to get my covid vaccine today! Thank you Mary for making this a quick & easy process! I Only had to wait 5 days to schedule our appointment date (other pharmacies do not have any available appointments), we arrived at 930am which was our time-slot and we were immediately taken care off. I was sent to this pharmacy by my dog's vet. I have been here at least three different times for different medications and have had a positive experience every time. The pharmacist is really good at what she does, and provides amazing customer service (and is probably one of the nicest person I have ever dealt with) - she is very helpful and patient with all the questions I had. I have a senior dog who is also very small, and she was very considerate and caring about making sure it would be a stressless experience giving the medication to my dog. My dog sometimes doesn't like taking certain medication, so she was very accommodating: the pharmacy is able to fill your prescription in different forms for your dog to take and I thought it was awesome they are able to add flavor to the liquid medication to be more enticing. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone! read more

I don't write yelp reviews very often at all, but this place is amazing. Our pup was really sick with an inflamed liver but with work, I was not able to get to the pharmacy until 430 pm, 30 mins prior to close. Typically, when compounded meds are needed, there is a couple days turn around time and I fully expected to wait a few days before I could pick up the meds. I walked in and Mary was spectacular. She compounded the meds right then and there and I was out before 5 pm. She even made it chicken flavored for my little guy. What great customer service!
