The medication I needed was for my cat and is a compounded medicine that isn't carried or made at typical pharmacies - which means I needed to get it specifically at a compounding pharmacy. I'd been trying to get this filled across this last week with 3 different places, with none able to help me fill it until early next week. Called here today and not only did they have the med in stock, Mary gave quick attention to it, knowing I was desperate to get it filled today. I wasn't able to get the prescription sent in til 3, and the pharmacy closes at 5...Mary quickly got the script in and asked me to be there by 4:20 to be in the area. Highly recommend! Outstanding service, easy refills, and with good fair pricing. A few months back, I made several phone calls to local compounding pharmacies for our cat's new prescriptions. All pharmacists were unavailable for consultation, none could even to just confirm that they could fill the prescriptions timely, or at what cost. A few did call back later in the week. I was sent to this pharmacy by my dog's vet. I have been here at least three different times for different medications and have had a positive experience every time. The pharmacist is really good at what she does, and provides amazing customer service (and is probably one of the nicest person I have ever dealt with) - she is very helpful and patient with all the questions I had. I have a senior dog who is also very small, and she was very considerate and caring about making sure it would be a stressless experience giving the medication to my dog. My dog sometimes doesn't like taking certain medication, so she was very accommodating: the pharmacy is able to fill your prescription in different forms for your dog to take and I thought it was awesome they are able to add flavor to the liquid medication to be more enticing. I don't write yelp reviews very often at all, but this place is amazing. Our pup was really sick with an inflamed liver but with work, I was not able to get to the pharmacy until 430 pm, 30 mins prior to close. Typically, when compounded meds are needed, there is a couple days turn around time and I fully expected to wait a few days before I could pick up the meds. I walked in and Mary was spectacular. She compounded the meds right then and there and I was out before 5 pm. She even made it chicken flavored for my little guy. What great customer service! It is very stressful when you are dealing with several underlying conditions and Mary and her staff make it as easy as possible for me.
