They go above and beyond here! Everyone is so nice and helpful and the meds have helped my daughter so much. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

Full Version: I've been going to Dr. Gallaher for about 10 years. However, since I am relatively young, and in good health, I haven't had to go in too much. I never had too many issues, so I had no issue referring my sister to the office. We are 1/2 vietnamese, however, I appear fully caucasian. My sister however, is more clearly mixed. From the moment Dr. Gallaher realized that we were 1/2 asian, her demeanor changed. She became much more confrontational. She began yelling and becoming accusatory about things. When my sister and mother were in the office recently she made a comment to her nurse that "those people don't understand how doctors work". Just this week, my sister was experiencing issues with a medication prescribed by Dr. Gallaher. She called in on Tuesday, Dr. Gallaher was out of the office, so Dr. Warner did an adjustment and she was told to call back if she continued to experience issues. Since her symptoms were getting worse, my sister called the office Friday as she was told to do. I was on the call with her on Friday (muted), so I heard everything that Dr. Gallaher said to her. In the brief 3 minutes my sister talked to Dr. Gallaher, she started yelling about the prescription and why my sister didn't call in sooner (clearly didn't look or care that my sister had called on TUESDAY) Add to this the fact that when you HAVE an appointment you still have to wait 1-2 hours in the waiting room...for a doctor that has so many patients she can't keep track (or doesn't care to). I'm changing doctors.

Update to reply to your response, since we called you - the manager the same day that the incident…read morehappened and you're acting completely different here in your response than what you were telling us over the phone so that's very strange for a manager to do, when we asked you what had happened because we were confused. You said it was based upon the review as well, because my boyfriend was told upon walking in while trying to check in that he was no longer welcomed at the location based on his previous REVIEW. So no there was no " he was rude to your employees " you said over the phone that he was rude IN his google review from 2 to 3 years ago not in store so I'm sure you're just saying anything at this point to make the business look better here on yelp / reviews but we both know what he was actually told and that you guys are fault and still continuing to make no effort to mend the situation. What had actually happened so we're all clear was we BOTH had a terrible experience here about 2 to 3 years ago one of your employees NICK was extremely unprofessional to us, being very rude and cocky telling us he would know more than the customer because his dad owns marijuana businesses completely not trying to be helpful to what we were trying to buy so anyways we asked for a manager and instead he called over security to try to get us kicked out when we asked him to be more professional and he took offense to it, so when the security guard came over he didn't even know what was going on and was trying to kick us out as well based on the employees word, which was wrong, so we had to yell for a manager over to help us because these people were trying to put their hands on us to push us out of the dispensary for NO REASON other than having a bad experience as customers inside the establishment so after hearing the confrontation and all of the yelling the manager quite literally said that we were not in the wrong and he is so sorry for the employee being rude to us helped us to checkout and apologized profusely. And as he was checking us out the employee, Nick was still saying things under his breath, looking at my boyfriend and making comments to antagonize us in front of the manager and guess what he's still working there three years later to this day, even though he acted that way in front of you guys, which is absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous , if he was acting that way in front of a manager, then clearly what my boyfriend had to say was 100% true and should have been handled that day , but instead, you guys allowed Our first visit there to be ruined by mostly all of your employees: security and cashier AND management. after that experience he left a google review stating what happened that day and you guys didn't like what he said in the review but even you said on the phone recently that apparently you guys "didn't know who that was that left the review because of his username on Google isnt his actual name so you weren't able to tell at the moment" which still isn't valid reason enough as a manager to want to completely ban a customer from your business for them having a bad experience and telling others about it anyways , so once he went to update his review recently And add a new experience to the bottom of that initial review, you guys found out who it was and wanted to take the retaliation against the customer based on that review too. I will be speaking to the Better Business Bureau because I don't think anybody should be treated like that and if you guys are concerned about a review from 2 to 3 years ago, then maybe you should've taken more initiative way back then to handle the issue and to make it right exactly when it happened. I have screenshotted it and posted the review down below so that all the people looking at this you can see he didn't say anything rude or disrespectful in the initial review. He was leaving an honest review as a customer who spends money at this establishment and you guys need to take those reviews way more seriously rather than trying to ban the customers having bad experiences maybe try to fix the business so that doesn't continue! We also did try to resolve it with you personally rather than off-line, but you never gave us a call back and you decided to reply to my reviews instead .
