NOT to be TRUSTED. I paid him $15 to change my watch battery. When I returned to pick it up, he…read moresaid, "I set the 'Time' but not the 'Month' or the 'Date'." Honestly I rarely use these, so trying to be kind, I told him, "NBD, I use my phone for that" .... But, then it stopped ticking 2 days later. When I returned to the store, I requested he place a new battery in & asked that he show me the package (so I could check the expiration date). He walked out from the back with just the expired battery he removed from my watch to show me. So, I said, "No, I want to see the package of the NEW battery you're putting in, so I know it's NOT EXPIRED." He returned with his supply (i.e., 2 batteries: both expired 2020). I asked him for my $15 back, and he REFUSED because he said I did not have my receipt. Then, to make matters worse! ... on my Google 1-STAR Review of LIPPA's he lied, saying he "could not find my name anywhere in his computer system" ~ trying to make it appear as if I had the wrong Jewelry Store (funny... He never did ask for my name today; he simply stated without my yellow receipt, he would not REFUND ME $15 for dishonestly placing an EXPIRED 2020 WATCH BATTERY in my wrist watch) A THIEF is a THIEF (thieves always lie; they have, or they get caught) and a LIE is a LIE: a Tiger doesn't change their stripes, no matter how big, or small their kill is. LIPPA's does NOT DESERVE Anyone's BUSINESS, or TRUST. ~ I suppose if I walked in with an expensive suit & tie to buy an engagement ring, he would have had the decency to behave himself better & not steal from someone 65 y.o. on a fixed income. Shame on this man & his mother who raised him.

Buying rings can be an overwhelming experience but Mike and the staff were super helpful on site and thoroughly went over questions such as what we wanted; what was important to us; likes/dislikes; etc - and used that info to narrow the focus and show us options that would potentially work. Both the bride and groom are super happy with the results and Lippa's wedding bands will be with us the rest of our lives. We highly recommend Lippa's.

Concept 2 is a manufacturer of exercise machines and rowing equipment. This is not a store but a…read morefactory so don't come in here without an appointment. If you have been to a gym, you have probably seen their rowing machine and maybe have exercised on it. I did, and it's really a good workout and good quality product. The factory is nice and clean, they do mostly rowing equipment here, the exercise machines are done at another site. They do offer factory tours by appointments so make sure to visit if you are in the Stowe/Morrisville area! People are nice and welcoming here in pure Vermont tradition. They also have a field of solar panels on their front yard and a gym for employee, a sure sign of the green spirit of this state... oh, and their rowing machine is powered by the exercise you are doing!

I cannot sing the praises of these guys enough. As a gym rat, I've been a big fan of the SkiErg and…read moreConcept 2 Model 2 Rower for quite some time, but I only recently learned about the BikeErg. Our long eight month winters here in Montana necessitate a lot of time on a trainer to keep the legs and lungs ready for the short and bursty mountain bike season. I recently reached out to the folks at Concept2 to ask a bunch of questions about their new BikeErg. I was looking for a stationary bike to replace the trainer, one that both my wife and I could use. I spoke with three people at Concept2 (Jameson, Greg and Nathan) and I have to say, I've never experienced such top-shelf customer service. As fate would have it, Jameson too is a mountain bike and gravel rider and by the time we got off the phone (not because of any played out sales pitch, but just from sharing his experience and thoughts, honestly I might add), I was ready to pull the trigger. It felt like Christmas day ordering the BikeErg. After connecting with Greg the following day, I went ALL IN and purchased the SkiErg as well. We are a family balling on a tight budget, but one thing we've always been willing to spend on is our health (physical and mental). Concept2 produces sport specific equipment that is fairly priced and appears to be bomber. A quick tour on Google and YouTube and you'll find one positive review after another about the reliability and value of Concept2's equipment, but this review is about the people. If you're like me and you want to support companies with integrity, companies that use, believe and support their product and customers, then look no further. Concept2's customer service is unmatched. Jameson, Greg and Nathan have made me a Concept2 brand loyalist in short order. Thank you for making this decision an easy one. Now, we'll try and practice patience, waiting for the arrival of two game-changers.
