A week out from the appointment, I get a text notifying me that they no longer work on Fridays (pretty sweet gig) and to call them to reschedule. I did immediately. Luckily, they were able to fit me in their schedule a full 5 additional months down the road....but they're very sorry. Oh, Dear Lawd, so sorry. I could be added to a cancellation schedule but I'd have to be open to getting short notice of an opening and be required to scramble back home from work in order to accommodate them. No thank you, I'll just wait the 3-6 months a new patient typically has to wait to be seen at a new dentist.

They will find a problem then say you have to come back to deal with it. Then you go back 1-2 times to deal with a filling or crown then go again for the cleaning only to be told "no, we want to take more X-rays then do another exam to determine what type of cleaning you need." Then they expect you to come back again to get your cleaning, that is if they don't find something else they can use to schedule another appointment. Each time you and your insurance is paying appointment fees and charges for everything that they do on multiple visits. This is the biggest Dental Scam I have ever seen. They were just fine with me handing over a stack of fresh clean C-notes BEFORE . . . very well. it's either your prejudicial attitude that i'm less worthy of your help simply because of the type of insurance i have, which. you. don't. even. accept. Or my cold hard cash is no longer good anymore. No problema - if that's how it's going to be, i don't want none of you anywhere near my mouth.
