One of those hidden gems on Decatur that never disappoints! Whether you're catching a game or just want to chill & soak up good vibes, this bar delivers every time. The ambiance gives "Cheers" energy...warm, welcoming, & full of locals & visitors just having a great time. The 10 oz ribeye was delicious. we ordered it rare, it came out a lil medium in some spots, it was still tender & flavorful. The BBQ chicken nachos were a hit too; tasty, just make sure to ask for extra sour cream & BBQ sauce on the side. Their Long Islands are made perfectly mixed. The upstairs bar & patio are a whole vibe. you get a beautiful view & the restroom up stairs impressively clean (which is always a plus in the Quarter!). For sports, drinks, or good conversation, Turtle Bay always guarantees a good time.

3.5 Stopped in after my flight. Decent beer selection, don't believe there's 25 drafts as advertised. Had guacamole & chips while I had a beer. Nothing special, didn't taste as if it was made in house. Service was welcoming. Patrons were fun & friendly.

Great spot and if you're in need of a quick meal. There's something on the menu for everyone and it's reasonably priced.

Husband and I walked Down here to catch the rest of A football game. Glad we did. Do not sleep on their spin dip! We just had an appetizers and an adult bev before our ghost tour that was near by. Service was good. We even got to walk out to the balcony for a quick view . There's a bunch of construction going on so you have to be careful.

I might have already written a review on this place but doesn't hurt to give my thoughts again!! The food - GREAT !! This is a total dive bar with multiple TV screens on different sports events but when I say this is also a GREAT PLACE TO EAT - the pizza, the salads, the steak (they have 10oz and 20oz Ribeyes for great prices!) all the food is always good portions and tasty. Service is always good and always tourist friendly. One my my go-to's when I'm in the French Quarter!!

Was recommended by a few bartenders. Steak dinner for like $16. (8oz steak small piece of bread and a half potato skin) Wasn't bad food for the price just shocked at the amount lol. Local bar. Would go again.

After hearing about Turtle Bay steak night for many years we finally tried it out because a friend had a birthday party there. We got there a little early and had a couple of beers at the bar, the atmosphere was dive bar friendly. The party was upstairs and the party room was excellent with a huge balcony including tables and chairs. There were 50ish people there so I was afraid our orders would take a long time and I was starving but the food came out pretty quick. I had the 8oz filet which was served with herb butter, slice of bread and small potato. The potato and bread were nothing to write home about, but the steak was perfect and delicious! Well worth the price. If you're looking for a good steak at decent price, Tuesday night at Turtle Bay is the place to go.

Stumbled upon this place and saw a sign for crawfish. It was SO good. Would not have imagined this from a bar. Full of spice and flavor. 24/7 service which is pretty cool.

Every road seemed to lead to Erin Rose, and they absolutely nailed it. This place has everything you want in a dive bar--cold drinks, zero pretentiousness, and a crowd that makes you at home. The bartenders were the real stars of the show. Super engaging, quick with a drink, and happy to chat. We ended up getting a fun history lesson on Vodoo and she made the experience even more memorable. The biggest surprise? There's an incredible po'boy spot tucked in the back, so you can grab tasty sandwich a few steps from your barstool.
