I had reached out and spoke with the owner, Brett , easily we got everything in motion from there. I did not get the the female that was working the front but she was very friendly with helping me on the sizing and placement of the dogs face and name for the sleeve. Overall, everything was speedy, efficient, and they were communicating to me (Kenny) via email throughout the entire process to make sure things were good to move on to embroider onto the sweater. Most recently, I used them for a large work event, and I was honestly blown away by how much they've expanded. They now offer everything from custom invitations and PR boxes to full event support, and everything was executed flawlessly. What really stands out is the team.
