I loved how experienced she was and the quality of the jewelry and how sanitary the shop was. This drew me back recently when I needed some changes to a piercing. The place was still very clean, sanitary and they offer great quality jewelry. Unfortunately, the women working weren't as friendly and personable this time. One of the women were very personable and friendly with a child that was getting pierced, but not as much with the adult clients. I even noticed some not so great comments being made about a potential customer that had called in with questions. It just seems like the customer service aspect could use some improvements. The quality of the jewelry and cleanliness of the shop does remain really good.
