Horrible experience. Very responsive sales/service team until they have your money. Then? Good luck. They came and completed the initial outside evaluation/install but were unable to do the interior at that time due to us not being present. We were assured they would schedule their return ASAP to complete interior. After us calling, texting, leaving voicemails with no action - we moved past our representative Jorge and contacted the company, speaking to David (branch manager). He apologized for "dropping the ball" and said we were on their books for later that week. Well that 3 hour window of appointment came and went with no call, and no technician. We contacted David again, requesting a full refund/cancellation as it had been 2 weeks of us trying to get them to complete the initial service that we paid $600 for. He said no problem, he understood, that's not the standard etc etc. I requested a full refund with email confirmation of the cancellation etc, which he agreed to. Never recieved it. Waited all of Friday and through the weekend. No refund. No communication. Left David a voicemail on Monday. No call back. Called the company AGAIN on Tuesday, requesting to go over David to his supervisor. According to them, David never made any note in our file about approving a refund, so they are unable to process anything. Now we are awaiting an email or call to confirm David or his supervisor approve the cancellation and refund. A REFUND FOR A SERVICE THAT THEY NEVER COMPLETED. Unacceptable. Disgusting company. I cancelled my services, they still billed me AFTER I cancelled. Kept sending me a past due notice which I did NOT owe; because I'm positive I cancelled. The didn't care. The manager was so incredibly rude. Now, it hit my credit. I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB, CRPB, and attorney general. This company misrepresented my dates of service and when I cancelled. We started using Turner Pest for monthly service. They did not come for service like they said they would, yet we were still paying the monthly fee, then they said they would come back and set traps up in our attic, never came back to do that, but we got billed for it. We called several times finally they said they would refund what we paid for the extra service. a month later we got the refund via check, by this time we were mad regarding the whole experience, so we cancelled our monthly service, took the check to the bank, it was returned, they had stopped payment on the check, causing a return check fee of $30!! We worked with Turner Pest control for a very short period of time and decided it was not the company we wanted to use. Once we canceled their services they continued to come and charged us even though we told them not to come. They are a dishonest company. And are not listening to their clientele... Be careful! In the end, we were purchasing a large investment and due to the fact that Turner Pest control (for $188+/-) sent it to collections ...we had no choice but to pay! Obviously they do not care about their reputation. I would never have paid it. I would have fought it and fought it and fought it! I have been with turner pest control since 2024. Today I found out that the technician from the company installed the equipment wrong. I spoke to a supervisor Stanley who was rude and repeatedly talked over me. I only knew about the issue when Dave one of their smart sensor technician called to say that the sensors were picking up people and not pests. Stanley had Dave come out to fix the issue but would not accept responsibility for the installation being incorrect. He kept saying that they have been providing good service. If the service was good then I wouldn't have a technician fixing the issue. I asked Stanley to be the point of contact for the resolution and he responded it was another underlings job and it wasn't going to be him. He acted as if I was inconveniencing him. If I could select less than 1 star I would. They came to do our interior. They stated they had to come back for the exterior, so I made an appointment for that. They were a no show. No call. No email. I called them and they had no valid reason for the no show. I requested my deposit back and have yet to hear anything. Not a good business practice. read more

This is a good company to fix and replace new sprinklers they take time with a free walk around and it's a good price and everything works again and they added a new rain detection so it can turn off when raining I think they are good with lawn and stuff for grass I have not tryed other things yet read more

I've been using Prostaff since January last year. In the beginning, I was not satisfied, but the company sent several of their managers and the owner spoke with me directly to find out what the problem was. They worked diligently to solve the problem and followed up by sending the manager frequently to check. The technician, Carlos Shelton, has done an amazing job keeping my lawn and shrubs looking nice. He's very patient to show and explain if there is any issue with the grass or shrubs. He's the best technician I've ever had come to take care of my yard. read more

It has been almost two weeks since the treatment and it seems to have fixed the ant problem. I am hesitant to rate the company higher than 4 stars because it is unfortunate that it took a lot of negative reviews before my problem was solved. However, the president of the company really cares so he deserves at least 4 stars. read more

Awful service. Had to come back twice for insects. The first invoice was $30 more than the quote, which they fixed after I called them out on it. Every time they did lawn service I had to call for a follow up. Sometimes they didn't bother to show up, then I'd call again and they'd say it was time for the next application, so I could pay them again. read more

Pro-staff came out to take care of a flea issue, and we still have fleas. They act like it's our fault they're not coming out to fix until after the weekend. After being told to expect a follow up spray in 7 days. I was very displeased with their phone customer service! Fleas are localized to a single room from some animal that got under the house. We treated ourselves for a week and then called Pro-staff. Sales guy was very nice, but after signing contract the customer service started to slip. UPDATE: Five-Stars Everyone has a bad day, but it takes a strong company to correct itself, and an even stronger company to rise above even an initial good experience. Pro-staff has not only addressed my issue, they have gone above and beyond to right the wrong. I am very pleased with how everything is now being handled and would easily recommend them to anyone looking for a great local pest control service. I have been using Prostaff to take care my lawn and shrub for about 6 months. After they started the service, my shrubs die one after the other. First, the ones in front of my house are dead. I called Prostaff, they sent a guy to inspect it and the guy told me it's because the plants were too old. Then, the shrubs around my pool equipment were dead. Again, I called them and the same guy came and told me it is because of the salt water. However, both of them were thriving before Prostaff took care of them. Last week, I stayed home when the Prostaff guy came to do their routing application. I told him that I saw green dots on my shrub and that could be the mold that killed my shrubs and the green dots are developing on my other plants. The Prostaff employee told me he had more than 16 years of experience and the plants were not dead because of the mold. And he would apply some spray to take care of it. Unfortunately, about five minutes after he sprayed on those shrubs, it suddenly started raining. This rain was very hard but short. After the rain stopped, I asked the guy if he needs to reapply since the rain was so hard and the liquid was totally washed off before it had a chance to dry. He told me no and then left. Now the shrubs beside my house are dying. I called Massey, they came and verified my findings. The shrubs are dying because of the mold, and if Prostaff had applied anti-fungus earlier, it can be prevented. I am very frustrated with Prostaff's service and advice my dear neighbors avoid their horrible service. read more

I called Pro-Staff for a free rat inspection (We didn't have rats, we just needed proof of a clear inspection for the city before we demolished the house and built a new one.) Ken came out and was actually on my property poking and looking around before I got there. I found the man on the back porch bending down and doing who knows what?! (That raised a red flag right there) He then kept looking around outside and said that we absolutely had a rat problem. I asked to see the evidence. He pointed to one lone calcified "something." I said, "how can you tell that is a rat dropping?" (It was just one "thing" by itself and he couldn't show me anything else.) He just kept saying the problem was in several places and that I had to do something. He kept going on and on how he couldn't give me a clear inspection without spending $500 on traps for the outside. It just wouldn't be right. (Another red flag) I asked him to inspect the inside. He said there was also evidence of rats inside but he could determine if it was old or new. Again, I asked to see evidence and he couldn't show me anything. He told me that he would add extra traps for the inside and he would still ONLY charge me $500. Run away!!! This company totally lied to me and tried to scam me. I called a different company and they saw NO evidence of anything. No damage, droppings, NOTHING! The filled out a form for free and I gave them a thank you and a handshake. Please don't do business with this company and don't let Ken anywhere near your home. (I am pretty sure he planted something and/or has no clue what actual rat droppings look like.) Totally dishonest company. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. read more

Outstanding customer service from people who genuinely care about you. We hired Pro-Staff a little over a month ago when we found out our new place had a major clothes-eating moth infestation. We signed up for their quarterly service and they did an initial treatment right away. When we called a week later to say we were still seeing moths, they came back out at no additional charge to do another treatment. They even came out a third time just to make sure we weren't seeing any more moths and to re-treat some areas where the moths had been harboring "just in case". They've been wonderful to work with the whole time and have shown genuine interest in getting our problem resolved. When we offered to pay for the extra visits, they said "absolutely not -- once you've signed up for our service, we do whatever it takes to make sure you're bug free." You can't ask for better customer service than that! And at very reasonable rates too. read more

Pro-staff has come out multiple times since our initial service to retreat for insects that kept crawling back into our house. Finally It looks like the service is starting to work and I am happy to have the bugs outside where they belong. All in all classy company with a great service technician in Tony D. He has been my tech the past two times now and every time is very respectful and actually performs his job. One thing I did notice is we had a couple of plants that were knocked down by the wind during the night time and I saw them laying on the floor the next morning, when I returned home from my chemo infusion I met Tony who sprayed around my house and even ***** Picked up my plants from the floor and set them upright***** This type of service will always be big in my book. read more

I called them for termite infestation and was not happy when I repaired part of my home and they wouldn't warranty the work done. After speaking with the owner Bob Welch, I am happy with their services. There was initially a problem with them warrantying the new work done but since Mr Welch came personally to do the inspection and offered either my entire cost returned and we no longer do business or he would waive the 150.00 yearly inspection fee this year and he let me know that AS the work is being done he comes to inspect and will treat the new wood as we go along then they will honor their repair warranty if it gets infested again. I am very pleased with the outcome and Mr Welch's honesty and integrity. You will not go wrong dealing with this company, if you are not fully pleased, Mr Welch will try to make it right. I am keeping their services and will do what it takes on my end to make this a permanent relationship. read more
