The remote only allows for each shade to be operated individually. Want to open all 8? Ok, press channel 1, wait for blind 1 to topen. Press channel 2, wait for blind 2 to open... Outdoor blind fell down immediately after install. Shade has hold down brackets to keep it in place. A different installer comes back and tells me the blind isn't supposed to be down in more than 5mph winds. Help me understand why you install hold down brackets then? In 0-5mph wind do you need them? And if the blind is down and the wind picks up it gets ripped off the side of the house? So frustrating! My other motorized shade wasn't ordered properly so that one still has not been installed.

My real estate agent referred me to John and within two days he made it out to my house, took measurements, and had everything ordered. Pricing was affordable. Later initiated and signed separate order to purchase additional lockset for back door to ensure same cylinder keying. Received text and email messages on December 9 and December 11 that project is now on hold and that my action is required. On Dec 10 I scheduled installation dates with NG but salesman is no longer in loop and no NG project manager or specific contact person has been identified. Today called NG back again but nobody can explain why project is on hold again. Hopefully project will be completed soon and everything will progress OK. Not a warm feeling that all is well.
