My husband and I went last year to see Laura and were very disappointed with the services. We paid…read morearound $300 for her to file our taxes and realized after months of waiting that she had documented his social security number incorrectly. It then took weeks of trying to contact her as well as showing up during "business hours" and no one in office. We were finally able to get ahold of her and have her submit and amendment around July. I do not normally post reviews but this experience left such a negative impression. I recently heard she is no longer working there but I would still recommend you take your business elsewhere based off not just my review but others as well. Our taxes also had the name of a different person as our "tax filer" so I am unsure whose account she was using to file to add to our issues with both PDQ and Laura.

Well today I went and Lorena is probably one of the rudest people I've ever met and pretty much accused me of trying to be a fraud because I was trying to file married but separately since my husband did not work last year due to a disability. She told me I should get a divorce before trying to file that way. She's rude do not go to her! I called another H&R and they told me she was giving false information and me and my husband could file married filing separately
