Had I known they wouldn't meet the deadline, I would have gone elsewhere. On the filing day, I repeatedly tried to communicate urgency due to work obligations but was left in the dark and only later found out an extension had been submitted without my knowledge. That's completely unacceptable. The phone interaction was also unprofessional, I was frequently interrupted and spoken over, which felt disrespectful. Overall, this experience showed poor communication, lack of transparency, and unprofessional conduct. I would not recommend their services.
