No real reason, I would usually tack it onto errands when I was in the area so I never had a need to find a new spot up here. That being said, my car was really dirty from all the snow and salt, and I wasn't planning to go to the Bronx and wanted a wash. I've passed Splash many times and since it was the natural option for me to choose, I decided to have a go at it. Splash seems like a chain (maybe franchise?) - there are at least three of them in White Plains with more throughout NYS and CT. There was a line of cars when I arrived but it moved quickly, and while waiting I took a gander at the menu. They have several packages that are typical to car washes, but I'm kind of simple when it comes to this so I went with the Full Service (basic clean inside and out of my car). When I reached the front they tried to offer me a membership deal but I declined as I wanted to see how they were before committing. The motions were expected - walked through the area with merch before paying for the wash (where I again was offered a membership). The service was fast, but overall I wasn't happy with it - there was still some debris/dirt inside the car when they finished, parts of the exterior was still dirty, and they didn't wipe everything down thoroughly which led to water droplet spots on the mirrors and windshield. The work was sloppy. Overall, I don't think I'll be returning soon - the clean left something to be desired, and they're more expensive than my place in the Bronx; for $34 I expected better.

I'm a tow truck driver in the same city as him. as I'm dropping off another car for a shop that's next to his , he comes out and says "get the fuck off my property" and tells me to get lost. no consideration for the fact that I am doing what I can with what I'm given I needed to block a small part of his driveway to position the car off my truck to roll it down to the shop next to him. I don't encourage anyone to do business with a man like him that runs the place.

I brought it in to be repaired after a recommendation from a friend, and also asked them to fix other accumulated damage around the car. The quote was very reasonable and I left the car there on Friday morning, it was ready by Monday at noon. This was very significant damage and I almost didn't recognize my car when I picked it up. It looked practically brand new, outside and even inside! They decided to detail the interior for me (car is 8 years old) and it looked fantastic. Smells like polish inside and my baby car seats weren't connected, but that was certainly proof that they actually just took everything out and detailed it without my asking. Overall, I'd highly recommend this place to anyone. Honest, timely and great work. Planning on returning with my other car next year.

They wrapped the hood, mirrors, and recommended some fragile interior pieces. I would have never thought to wrap the shiny interior piano black plastic but it kept finger prints off and ended up looking better and more consistent than the original surface. After all these years the wrap looks like new, and the interior pieces are perfect. My only regret was not wrapping the entire car, which is why I returned to have a new car fully wrapped. Felix, once again, made some important recommendations but not once tried to upsell or suggest unnecessary services. He suggested a ceramic treatment for the interior. I didn't realize the tendency for the white interior to stain, and managed to actually stain it before I could get it treated, unintentionally proving Felix's point. They also got the stain out. While I don't live close, it's worth the trip for their attention to detail and exceptional service. Also, when revisiting the original receipt the prices are still similar to nearly 7 years ago. You can still get fair prices in 2026.
