I paid for their highest service interior/exterior wash (not detail, wash) and I get in the car and the center console is dusty and dirty. There is ZERO quality control in this place. ZERO. They don't give a damn if the car is actually clean or not. How in the heck do you wash a car, purport to clean the interior and have it be filthy? It's hardly the first time I've seen these lapses. One time, they flat out didn't clean the windshield. It was as dirty on the inside after the wash, as it was before. The quote was very reasonable and I left the car there on Friday morning, it was ready by Monday at noon. This was very significant damage and I almost didn't recognize my car when I picked it up. It looked practically brand new, outside and even inside! They decided to detail the interior for me (car is 8 years old) and it looked fantastic. Smells like polish inside and my baby car seats weren't connected, but that was certainly proof that they actually just took everything out and detailed it without my asking. Overall, I'd highly recommend this place to anyone. Honest, timely and great work. Planning on returning with my other car next year.
