But the pork souvlaki definitely won the show. Last and the least, the chicken gyro plate. The biggest disappointment of the meal. The salad lacked any form of dressing, it had the slightest hint of citrus. The potatoes were okay, but nothing noteworthy. The rice was good but it's almost hard to mess that up. The chicken again was seasoned well but it was a bit dry and was smothered in citrus. The tzatziki was what I like to call canadianized. Barely the taste of garlic or anything really. It was almost like just plain yogurt. The pita was sliced up and the chicken smothered in the sauce on top of the pita. If I have a next attempt I would more than likely remember get sauce on the side. Pita would've been better if it was grilled. Over all I give 2.6/5 stars. I rated it a 3 to be nice. I would try this spot again but I don't think it would be a staple. Nothing really stood out that would make me miss this place in the future.
