It's supposed to be open 24 hrs but when we come here they don't want to serve us most of the menu they say they're out of this but when we come back in 2 hours the next shift isn't out of anything this has happened many times and it's quite frustrating not to mention many times they're closed except the doors aren't locked the lights are not off and the sign is on what the heck is going on here. We're driving all the way from Itogon about 9 kilometers only to get disappointed. Tonight the only thing you can order is classic burger and guess what fries is not available ! How can you eat burgers without fries? I think they just don't want to work ! WTF! We almost don't want to come back if they will treat us like this. It was no like this before ! The management should check! If you can't serve atleast 80% of your menu .... just do t open! Sent from my iPhone

So I've been back to the Philippines, Baguio specifically, every year for the past 3 years and I…read morehave always passed this place up each time. I always passed by this place from a distance so I never saw what was inside. In my head, this was like a random Philippine Navy or Army recruiting station located in a busy restaurant area of Camp John Hay. On this most recent trip to Baguio I finally walked close by ArmyNavy. I was totally wrong! It turns out that ArmyNavy is actually a fast food restaurant that serves up delicious food. Haha! The menu is quite long! They serve up burgers, mexican-style dishes, chicken and filipino breakfast. On my first visit I ordered their pinoy breakfast burrito. The burrito had spanish rice, fried egg and chicken adobo flakes. This burrito was so rich but soooooo good! Try it with a side of sour cream. On another visit I tried their fried chicken. The leg and thigh pieces were really juicy and the skin crisp. I was really surprised at how delicious the chicken was. Unfortunately the white gravy paired with the chicken was a bit too peppery. Another miss was the stuffed chocolate croissant with the vanilla ice cream. It looked great in the picture but it fell apart quickly and the croissant was kind of stale. Overall, solid fast food restaurant chain in the Philippines. Personally, I thought this place was much better than the uber-popular Jolibee chain. Check them out!

Their pancit palabok is pretty good too. A visit to a Jollibee is one of highlights of my trip to the Philippines. There are Jollibees in the US too but I food items seem to taste better here.

This review is based on the quick snack stop we made!…read more On our trek from Nueva Vizcaya to Pangasinan, Mom all of a sudden had hunger pangs. We had plenty of chips, soda and water in the car, but that wasn't close to what she wanted. Thankful for the Jollibee sign AND an open parking spot! Mom gets hANgry on Hulk levels and I didn't wanna be around for that, so Cuzzo and I jumped out of the car as quickly as possible. We walked toward the door when I see this kiosk posted right outside. Talk about convenient! Mom's go-to at Jollibee is their palabok and chicken combo. The issue was I couldn't find it on the menu. So, I ask the worker about it and reassured me they had it. "It'll be about 15 minutes." Food was out less than 10 minutes later. Cuzzo and I jumped back in the car and watched Mom gobble it up. I couldn't hold out anymore, so I asked if I could have a bite. Now... Mom is like Joey from FRIENDS: she never shares food, but for some odd reason, she was feeling generous on this run! And it was very typical of Jollibee meals. Awesome chicken crunch, palabok was tasty... it was exactly what Mom wanted to calm her hAngerism! FOOD: 4. SERVICE: 5. I love the idea of the kiosk outside! VALUE: 3. Fair for what you get. PARKING: It's located in a mall, so I'm assuming there's a parking lot or garage somewhere. Street parking was a challenge. Plan accordingly. OVERALL: 4. Jollibee's should always have one of them outdoor kiosks, especially on busy spots such as this, it really is a great idea! Just thankful we found it, on a whim at that!
