I would never come through an eatery in the Philippines knowing I can find it in the US. However, my niece decided to celebrate her graduation dinner here. So here we are!
The very big back room was reserved for our very big party. Plates and utensils were already placed ahead of time. Everyone came through at the reserved time, and were served immediately. Everything came through in order: drinks first (sweet tea, coke and water) followed by the salad (fresh vege, light dressing, good start.) Followed by deep fried mozzarella sticks (nothing to call home about, but above par) and mojo potatoes (not a fan, didn't try it.) Spaghetti followed next. Pasta was cooked well, but the sauce was a bit bland for my taste. Carbonara followed it and like the spaghetti, sauce was also bland. I felt both sauces were watered down. Adding salt and pepper made them taste slightly better. I skipped the fried chicken, but was told it was above average. Pizza came through and that tasted better. It was savory and I love the thin crust, crispy and flaky. To finish, they provided raisin cookies. Also skipped it since I'm not a fan of raisins.
FOOD: 3. Most of them were bland for my taste, but noticed most of the peeps I was with enjoyed them.
SERVICE: 5. I gotta give Prime a shoutout. She (assisted by a few people) were able to cater to our HUGE party (we had about 50 people in the back section) and delivered all the food in an orderly fashion. She and her colleagues hustled to make sure we were served well. They were also mindful about picking up used plates and utensils. And then there's that service with smiles! But gotta give props to Prime! She was incredibly organized and is the reason we all rang that bell so furiously!
VALUE: 4. I took a peak at the menu. Quality and quantity, pricing was more than fair.
PARKING: Private lot. If full, security will help guide you.
OVERALL: 4.
We all had a great time! And like I said, all credit re: service goes to Prime and those she delegated to help her fulfill the most excellent service. Will most likely return, if only to compliment Prime and ring that bell again! read more
