Owner graciously met me downstairs, removed item from my car and took the time to inspect the item and point out the "gem" I procured as he compared my lounge to the "prefab won't-last-five-years chaise lounges of today. He asked questions on where the item will be stored (high traffic va low traffic areas of home) and when i answered he provided a plethora of fabrics to consider. Most importantly, he did NOT expect full payment that day! Whew!! What a relief. Starting a new business is expensive so not having to make full payment before work commenced made my day. Chair is absolutely a transformation. Comfortable and I can't wait to use as a prop. Love the oatmeal color I chose.

This afternoon, I took a walk to enjoy the beautiful weather and stopped by your store wearing a dress and a jean jacket -- the jacket I walked in with. After making a quick loop through the store, I was on my way out when an associate abruptly stopped me and accused me of stealing the very jacket I entered with. I was appalled and humiliated. I have never in my adult life experienced such embarrassment, and I am still visibly shaken by the incident. Not only was the accusation entirely unfounded, but the manner in which it was handled was deeply disrespectful and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be made to feel like a suspect, especially without cause. This experience has left a lasting impression, and I hope you take immediate steps to address this incident and ensure it does not happen to anyone else.
