Specifically new wipers and a new air-filter, as well as some fuel system cleaner. The people here are so helpful and nice, I just rather not go anywhere else. After nearly ripping my thumbnail off (OWWWW!) trying to remove my old wiper blades and put on the new ones, they were nice enough to come outside and help me out. Afterwards they even let me use their restroom to clean up. I had to circle back after leaving to return the rear blade I got, as it was to tall to safely work on the rear windshield. They swapped it out for a more appropriate blade, no questions asked, and after I installed it, I was on my merry way to my next stop on my to do list. Seriously, I won't go anywhere else for my automotive parts needs, period.

Came in to have it tested and swapped out. The lady, which I believe is the manager, was extremely rude not only to me as the customer but to her employees as well. She has major attitude and told me it's my fault the battery is bad, which I'm not sure how that is possible. I did give 2 stars because the other employees were helpful and kind. Her on the other hand was the opposite. If I owned this establishment, I would seek other management in store.

After being jumped three times, I figured it was the right time to change the battery. I checked Advanced Auto Parts, AutoZone, all the other chains and while they had the battery in for $200 they wouldn't install it since it's in the trunk and a "tough" install. Decided to look up Pep Boys, same battery but 25 percent off, free install, appointments later that morning. I called to verify they had it, bought the battery, and drove on in. Used their Wifi, they came back about an hour later and said they didn't actually need to change the battery, just needed a good charge. They wouldn't charge me... literally blown away by great service and can't wait to refer them to friends I know.

Then two weeks later my two front tires looked like this. I asked them if this wear was due to issues with the alignment they performed but they said no, it was due to the "age of my tires." Then they doubled down and also claimed I hadn't rotated my tires often enough and that was the other reason my tires looked like this... if that were the case, why didn't they recommend new tires or a tire rotation on March 24 when my car was in their shop? I did not feel safe in my car after this experience and I highly recommend going to a different mechanic.
