This store has a TON of different things for your house such as bedsheets, lamps, kitchen utensils, bathroom accessories, etc. If you happen to be hungry as you checkout, they sell snacks and sweets (candy) at the checkout lane. Recently, I visited in September 2019 to buy a new duvet cover and sheets for my bed. The whole set costs about $60 and it came with pillow covers and a decorative pillow. The store associates have always been helpful whenever I've had a question. Since our couch order was heavy, we opted for 'room of choice' as our delivery option, which included the delivery team carrying the couch up a max of 2 flights of stairs. This was needed by us because we're on the 3rd floor of an apartment that doesn't have elevators. On the day of delivery, the 3rd party delivery service that's contracted with BB&B sends us something with fine print that states they only carry orders over the threshold of the building, and leave it there. When we ask to maintain the service we paid for, our delivery was cancelled, pending working it out with BB&B customer service. Next, customer service repeatedly tries to tell us we requested something outside the listed terms of 'room of choice' delivery, thinking we were asking them to go up more than two flights of stairs. Once they finally understood we didn't ask for anything that wasn't included in that delivery option, tmhey told us they would refund the extra money for the delivery option we paid for, but it was up to us to take the couch up the stairs. When we told them that was unacceptable and wanted a refund, they initially claimed it would be labeled "buyers remorse" and we'd be charged anywhere between $100-695, which would be 50% of the total price. After standing up for ourselves and pointing out that this was false advertising, (we were denied a service that was included in what we paid for), they eventually granted us a full refund, after weeks of arguing back and forth. What a nightmare. The company never took any responsibility in the process for contracting with a company that refused to meet a service they advertised, nor did they attempt to find another delivery service that could accommodate. Pathetic customer service, they lost a customer for life. Don't order online with them!

It's comfortable, intuitive and so technically advanced. We have gone back and purchased their pillows, sheets, sheet protectors and comforters. All of our purchases have accumulated points and we have had bonus credits added to our account. That has really helped us and the reason we have been able to purchase different items for our bed. So go see Scott and crew and place your order for a new Sleep Number bed. Let him know that Vic & Cee Cee sent you. Between reading through endless online product reviews and trying to find the perfect softness that my body enjoyed was quite the task. Just like most people I woke up one morning with a stiff neck, shoulder pains and my back was all messed up so I decided the time has come to retire my old mattress. I came in to Levins Strongsville location off of Pearl Rd clueless of what I wanted or what I needed and met this incredible guy named Jay. He literally helped me identify exactly what I needed after I told him about my problems. The great thing about Jay is that he wasn't a pushy salesman. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive mattress. He took his time and listened exactly what I was looking for and what type of budget I was working with and from there he went in with his recommendations. Of course I decided to splurge on myself and ended up selecting a Stearns and Foster mattress based off of their reputation and their incredible 10yr warranty you get when purchasing a cover. You know you're adulting when you get excited about waking up with less aches and pains! So we set up a day for it to be delivered which to met surprise was 3 days later! The next morning I woke up at the excitement of getting a new bed and decided I wanted to purchase the same one for my parents since they were also complaining about neck and body aches and figured since I couldn't afford to buy them a house the least I could do is invest in really great mattress for them for Christmas! I arrived early in the morning and the location was closed for another hour. There was a guy inside who saw me and came to the door. His name was Matt. He was super nice and gladly helped me place another order for my parents mattress. Zero attitude. He didn't point at his watch and tell me to come back. This is the type of service you will receive at this store. Both Jay and Matt have incredible customer service skills and you feel super comfortable investing in a new mattress. We also appreciate the staff at this store being very welcoming and not pushy. While making our purchase we found out one of our items were either discontinued or out-of-stock, and Matthew quickly got on the phone to troubleshoot and identify alternative options. He also helped us figure out a delivery time that fit within our busy work schedules and ended up receiving the mattress in less than 48 hours! I ordered a bed from this store, changed my mind 57 times, laid on all the beds for many days in a row, and changed my order another 35 times. In the end I ended up with a big fancy bed that I still haven't figured out where I want delivered (it's like weeks later it is just sitting at their warehouse). The store manager, is absolutely a joy to work with. He is infinitely patient and knowledgable about the products in store. Misleading Return Policy and Poor Communication…read more I visited this store to try out several online mattress brands. The owner was helpful and recommended the blue Winkbed model as the best option among the ones I was considering. I specifically asked if I could return the mattress after the 30-day trial period, and I was told yes. Inside the mattress box were marketing materials from the manufacturer clearly stating a "no-hassle 30-day free return policy." After 30 days, I contacted the store to initiate a return. The employee who answered couldn't help, so I called the number listed on their website under "Contact Us." I was then told that only the white Winkbed model was eligible for a full refund--not the blue model I purchased. This specific detail was not disclosed at the time of sale, despite my direct question. In fact, the owner discouraged me from buying the white model due to quality concerns. The paperwork stated, "reselection only," which I was told was added for transparency--but that term is vague. Why not just call it what it is: an exchange? To make matters worse, the owner commented that I had reached his personal line on his day off. How are customers supposed to know your schedule? And if you don't want to be contacted on a personal line, why list it on your website? Ultimately, I was allowed to return the mattress, but I had to pay nearly $700 plus a $70 pickup fee. Overall, very confusing and I felt misled and disappointed. The store did not honor the manufacturer's return policy and relied on unclear paperwork instead of honest communication. Buyer beware: Don't fall for flashy mattress brands that spend heavily on advertising. If you want quality and transparency, purchase from a manufacturer with a long history in the industry who produces mattresses that are not compressed in a box.
