I didn't say anything, but was rather surprised, given the fact that I was willing to spend some money as a customer in their shop. The arrangements they did have were very nice, but a little pricey. My daughter showed this florist a physical picture of her dress and flower arrangement that she wanted and the day before her prom they gave us a bouquet full of unopened flowers and other flowers that look like weeds. The bouquet was not what we wanted. It wasn't even in the same color of what we asked for. Then we go back and ask for it to be redone and then they tell us that they have no more pink flowers and that they cannot do what we originally ordered so then they put together another bouquet that looks like a five-year-old did it. This is not ok and not good customer service. If they actually took the time to do their arrangement nicely, I would've forgave them, but the fact that they just threw together another arrangement that did not look nice at all is unacceptable.

Doris and Albert were so kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us. When the service was postponed due to severe weather, they reached out immediately to let us know and reassured us not to worry.
