We didn't want to just hire a stranger and didn't know where to look. Fortunately, our friends had used the agency in the past and recommended one of their sitters, Candace. It took some effort on our part to get her number and we SO pleased we did. She was warm, friendly and kind and showed up early just to go over any specific needs and discuss our bedtime ritual. (Our daughter can be difficult at times). Based on our experience with Candace, we would definitely use the agency in the future although she will be our first choice!

Dr Kramer has been my personal physician for years. He was with a group called Steward Medical but…read moreis no longer. He is in a new location. I feel I receive the best of care from Dr. Kramer. He is not a person who necessarily is going to just give you a pill when there is a problem. In fact, I am on less medication than a lot of people my age and I have him to say thank you for that. Also, when it was discovered I had cancer early this year, I later discovered that virtually everyone he sent me have considered some of the best people in the state for what I have. I will never say you shouldn't get a second opinion but I will be honest, with Dr Kramer I don't feel it is an absolute necessity. I have that confidence in him. Dr. Kramer is a little different. He and his computer system always give me a smile. He is always upgrading it so watching him work with it is an ongoing thing. You do need to let him now what you are in there for. He's not a mind reader so the more information you give him and the nurses the better. He doesn't ignore you! It is also a compliment to him that his front office people have been with him long enough that you don't see a new face every time you go in. I thought I had lost Dr. Kramer when he parted ways with Steward. They give no information on him. Ignore them! He's available once again!

Caring for Loved Ones was recommended, and we were lucky enough to get a room. The home is clean and very well taken care of but what really stands apart is the staff!!!! Wow....Chris, Shawn and the amazing chef Intan!!! I lived out of state and every morning Chris would give me an update on how my Dad was doing. The staff is there 24/7 unlike other group homes. The owners are amazing and have been in this business for 11 years, so they know what they are doing and come with very high standards. When my Dad was passing the staff did not leave our sides. My sister and I were so supported through his passing. I cannot say enough great things about Caring for Loved Ones.

I was trying to get my hormones tested and updated . They wanted me to do another long visit even though she was already my doc and knew my background so more money but ok. Then afterwards when I emailed that them to make sure we included a few extra tests they said I had to come in again which meant another $180 . Not happy but I did. Then at the end of that meeting she said she would order my labs to take to Labcorp. Extra weird part was after 5 days and no labs I called to see where they were and they said the wanted to to do them there . I told them ( again) that I wanted to use my insurance which would cover the costs. Very typically for most naturopaths. She said it was fine at our meeting so why the change of heart?. So when I asked if she could get on the phone to tell me why she said I could get them at Lab corp then all of a sudden said I had to come there? I was told she doesn't take phone calls. Really? I had spent 1K that month at your facility and you are too special to get on the phone to answer a question. That told me pretty much what I needed to know. They are all about the money . Turning into the new version of regular med docs but instead of over prescribing meds it's just every test and supplement. They want you spending there ( even if insurance will cover some items) not choosing what is best for the patient. Best yet when I said I still wanted to go to Labcorp to test she told me then go somewhere else :0 Probably one of the worst experiences I have had. They also charge way more than even the big cities for IV treatments etc. Run to a place that cares more about the people than the pocketbook.
