I heard the breakfast wasn't the greatest but the convenience was nice. Can't go wrong with a Hilton stay--thank you Westminster London!

While the rooms are clean they felt cramped, even though my room was a premium corner room. Plus there was only one tiny waste basket in the whole room. Service at the front desk is extremely friendly. I didn't have the breakfast or use the gym so I can't comment on those things. For the price, my expectations aren't fully met due to the room limitations. It's an excellent choice for exploring central London since most of the popular sites are a walking distance away, but manage your expectations regarding overall fit and comfort.

Check in was smooth and the card keys were cool since then are wooden. Lifts were inaccessible unless you scanned your card key, so that provided an extra sense of security. The room felt really small since the hallway leading to the bedroom was narrow and the fold out bed we had in the room barely left enough room for my mom to sit at the desk that was a foot away from the bed and she is a small person. The hotel room had various towels available, dry cleaning, robes, complimentary water, tea, and coffee, and we were supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion amongst other things. Lights, curtains, and air conditioning can be controlled by control panels across from the restroom and by the beds. The shower was nice with an overhead shower head that felt like rain falling and the shower door can slide back and forth between using the shower and the toilet. The bed was comfy and I had decent rest considering I slept late. The breakfast buffet was on the first floor and pretty good with various types of foods from different countries available too, such as congee from China and hummus and pita bread from the Middle East. They had options to make your own yogurt, cheeses, meats, fruits, bread, eggs, baked beans, ham, sausage, and more. They had various drink choices ranging from juices, infused water, tea, and coffee. They also had a small section for kids to get cereal, but I saw an adult grab some too. We could've figure out the toaster oven since it wasn't working continuously, so there were abandoned pieces of bread left in the machine. The congee and the sliced melons were my top faves as well as the redberry drink they had. We did come back to the room in the afternoon and walked in to see a carrier of cleaning supplies by the sink and we saw our beds already made. Then the cleaning lady came in to give us more water bottles and a towel as well as to get her cleaning supplies. Originally, we were trying to locate a door hanger to tell them not to clean since it was a mess, but didn't find one. But later on I found out from a friend that we had to click a button for cleaning service on the same wall panel across from the bathroom.

The staff was uniformly solicitous of our well-being. The front desk staff were very forthcoming with suggestions for transportation, dining locations, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the heat/cool worked perfectly. We had taken the optional full-breakfast addition. Best decision ever! The variety of tasty food of all kinds was amazing. We also used the hotel restaurant for several dinners and were extremely satisfied with the quality. The location of the hotel is ideal, particularly with regard to travel via wheelchair. I have no question that the Premier Inn will be our stay for future trips to London.

My husband and I were able to do a vow renewal because of Andrew's creativity and thoughtfulness. I am forever grateful Andrew and my husband pulled off that surprise for me. We spent time in the executive lounge and the staff there were always friendly, warm and inviting. Even if the food was put away, they wanted to make sure that you were attended to. This hotel is beautiful, clean, and in a great location. We are already looking forward to our next trip to London, we already know we have the best home away from home at the Conrad!

Loved how decaffeinated teas and alternative milks were offered as well. Friendly doorman and employees all around. Great hotel in an awesome location!

But I felt a bit conned by the upgrade I basically had to take. When I arrived I was told I could upgrade my view by 70 GBP a night. I initially declined. And then I saw my original view which looked like a council estate from 1982. Obviously some views are going to be better than others and you should pay for a river view. But even a rear view from the hotel should be decent. The hotel has done nothing with this space and it's so ugly any guest staying here would be disappointed. You could easily landscape this patch of ground, add some exterior lights, repave the cracked concrete and make it look ten times better. This aspect of the hotel was very disappointing.

Insanely talented team here. Our server Oxsana (sorry if I didn't spell her name right) was so apologetic but it was not necessary. She went above and beyond what anyone would expect from service, explaining everything so we knew what it was, and offering refills and food or dessert replacements. Apparently people come and sit for hours eating seconds and thirds. No way! Too much indulgence lol. She was so amazing to my nephew. Brought him some things to remember his trip and it was incredibly sweet. Mohammed was great, checking in, apologetic but again, things happen and we got to have tea anyways.
